A Couple Challenge w/ Winnie & Walter!! =)

HELLO!!
I'm stopping in to share a couple cards that I have made for the W&W Rerun #28 Challenge and the March Color Combo Challenge w/ Heather!!

I was inspired by both the Card Shay made and the Card that Caren made!! I wanted to Stamp and Mask to create my own Design!! I also used Water Color to color my Images!! I've used the BEAUTIFUL In Bloom: Addie's Garden and In Boom: Anna's Flora along with the Essentials: Noelle Cutaways Die Set!! Then sentiment was Stamped and Embossed using the Big, the Bold, and the Happy Stamp Set!! A Few Studio Katia Iridescent Crystals finishes off the Designs!!

 

I also made this Card that was inspired by the Card that Kate made!! I wanted to create a Rainbow of Fireworks in the Sky and I Stamped and Embossed the Sentiment at the bottom of the Card!! I used the Sparkle Stamp Set along with the Essentials Audrey Cutaways Die Set!! The Sentiment is from the Party Stamp Set!! I used a RAINBOW of Embossing Powders and a WoW Gold Glitter Embossing Powder!! Then I added some Iridescent Crystals from Studio Katia for the Centers!! I REALLY LOVE the Sparkle of this Card in real Life and I plan on giving it to my Father-In-Law for his Birthday which is close to the 4th of July!!

I'm here with Paper Sweeties for the New Paper Sweeties January 2018 Blast from the Past Favorites Day 1!!
So lets take a look at the FUN Products I chose to use for my Project today!!
This Set was Release last January and I still LOVE EVERYTHING about it!!

Somewhere over the Rainbow

Somewhere over the Rainbow Sweet Cuts

 

I've used the Somewhere over the Rainbow Stamp Set, to Stamp and Emboss a FUN Background!! Then I Stamped and Embossed the SWEET House Image and Die Cut it out using the coordinating Somewhere Over the Rainbow Sweet Cuts Die Set!! I also Die Cut  Banner using the Sweet Banners Die Set and Stamped and Embossed the Sentiment onto it!! I have been LOVING the BOLD look of just a Black and White Stamped Background and then making the Focal Image POP with FULL Color!! I added some Black Diamond ColoriQue Ink Splatters and some Tonic Studios Nuvo Drops to add a few Pops of Color in a Visual Triangle!!

November Calling All Sistahs Encouragement Challenge ~ CAS07!! =)

I'm here today for the New Challenge over on the Calling All Sistahs Blog!!
EVERY Month on the 18th we'll be sharing a New Inspiration Challenge Photo!!
Lets take a look at the NEW Calling All Sistahs November Challenge CAS07!! 

 

I thought I would make a Gift Tag!! I wanted to challenge myself to use these colors for more of a Holiday Gift Tag and this is what I came up with!! I've used the Pretty Posies Stamp Set, the New Joy Stamp Set and the Tag Buddies Fri Die Set!! I Die Cut the Tags!! One from some Copper Metallic Paper and the other from some Distress Watercolor Paper!! I White Heat Embossed the Snowflake Images and then added some Distress Inks in Peeled Paint and Mowed Lawn!! I Stamped and Embossed the Sentiment from Pretty Posies and added some ColoriQue Snow Summit Ink Splatters for the look of Falling Snow!! I wanted to add some Sparkle and Shine so I added some Pretty Pink Posh Snowflake Sequins to the Centers of some of the Snowflakes and topped them off with some Copper Penny Tonic Studios Nuvo Drops!! I Attached it to my Gift Bag with some Tulle and a Mini Clothes Pin!!

Each month, on the 18th we will have an inspiration photo and challenge to spark your creativity.  You can use the photo or the colors or both to create your card to encourage, bless or lift the spirits of the recipient.  Then link up here by June 13th for your chance to win a $25 gift code from CAS-ual Fridays Stamps to use in their online store!!  You can use any product you wish, but if you are chosen and your card has a stamp or die from CAS-ual Fridays Stamps, your prize will be doubled!!!!!!

WIN with Newton's Nook Design & Chibitronics Collaboration Fun!! =)

HELLO & HAPPY FRIDAY!!
I'm here with Newton's Nook Designs and Chibitronics who have been partnering up for a FABULOUS Collaboration Week FULL of Inspiring Project Ideas!! All week long both design teams have been sharing ways to light up your cards using Chibitronics Lights with Newton's Nook Designs Stamps!! Today is the LAST Day and Maria and me are showing our projects!!   =)
Here's what I created!!

I used the Chibitronics Starter Kit along with several NND Images to create this AWESOME Space Themed Double Interactive Card!! I Stamped and Embossed the Images from the AMAZING Cosmic Newton Stamp Set and Die Cut them out using the Coordinating Cosmic Newton Die Set!! I wanted to create a FUN Space Atmosphere so Inked up the Card Base with Distress Inks in Faded Jean, Wilted by Violet and Chipped Sapphire!! Then I added some Water Droplets for Texture and some ColoriQue Splatters in Snow White to add some Depth with more stars!! I Die Cut several openings using the Coordinating Dies and used those opening to Stamp and Emboss the Images on a Back Panel that the Chibitronic Lights would Shine through for my Space Atmosphere!! I used 5 Chibitronics Lights to Light Up my Space Atmosphere!! I used White Lights for the Large Stars, a Yellow Light for the Comet and a Red Light for Mars!! I showed a Picture above of how my Circuit Looked once I had it put together!! I Colored the Images with Copic Markers!! I added some Shimmer with a Tonic Studios Aqua Shimmer Pen and then added some Morning Dew Nuvo Drops to add some Dimension!! I Die Cut a Circle and colored some Crater Holes to make my Moon  (I drew several skinny Oval shapes, then used N0, N2 and N4 to color the Craters using 0 to fade out the edges) and then Stamped and Embossed my Sentiment!! I used the Essentials by Ellen Hutson Die to create my Slidder Element!! I put it all together using the Teresa Collins/Xyron Mega Runner!! SO how FUN is that a Card FULL of Interaction!! =) Its a Slidder Card that Lights up too!! SQUEAL!! Cards like this make me SO HAPPY!! I hope you'll give this a try if you've been wanting too, it so EASY and the idea of making a Recipients Day just puts a SMILE on my Face too!!

Amazing Friend Cacti Card with Newton's Nook Designs!! =)

HELLO & HAPPY FRIDAY!!

Today I'm here with Newton's Nook Designs!!

 

I've created this FUN Card using two of the Cacti and Pot Images from the Cultivated Cacti Stamp Set!! I used Distress Oxide Inks to Stamp them, layering the Inks to create a FUN Muticolored Image!! Then I coated them with Clear Embossing Powder and Heat Set them!! I LOVE LOVE LOVE the way they turned out!! Then I Die Cut them out using the coordinating Cultivated Cacti Die Set!! The tiny little Pink and Orange Flowers are also part of the set and are so PERFECT for adding a POP of Color to the Cacti!! I added the images to my card base that I created using a FUN Stitched Hexagon Window Die from Pretty Pink Posh and a BEAUTIFUL Sunset Inspired background that I Stenciled using a Paper Smooches Harlequin Die!! I used Distress Inks to Ink over the Die using it like a Stencil and then I coated them using Clear Embossing Powder and Heat Set it!! Then I went back over the Embossed Design with the same Inks to create my Sunset Inspired Background!! I LOVE LOVE LOVE the way it turned out!! I added the "Amazing Friend" sentiment by Embossing the words from our Lovely Blooms stamp set in white on Black Cardstock!! Then I added some Distress Paint Splatters in Black Soot on the white card to give some Texture and added a Sprinkling of Pretty Pink Posh Sparkling Clear Confetti Mix!!

SQUEAL!! I'm here with Newton's Nook Designs for the June Release 2017!! Today we're Showcasing the New "Newton Rides West" Stamp Set!!
You're going to LOVE this SWEET Set!!
Let's take a Close Up Look at the ENTIRE Set!!

SQUEAL!! Being a FARM Girl and Living in the Country, this Set just makes me HAPPY!! =)

 I just LOVE LOVE LOVE these Images and the FUN Sentiments!!

So I decided to make a "WANTED" themed Birthday Card!!

I Stamped and Embossed SEVERAL of the Images and Sentiments from the “Newton Rides West” Stamp Set to create my Own Patterned Paper Background!! Lately I have just LOVED the Look of a Black and White Background!! Then I then added some Black Soot Distress Paint Splatters!! I added a MFT Cross Stitched Circle Die Cut from some Reverse Confetti Stone Cardstock!! Then I placed my Stamped and Embossed Image that I Watercolored using Distress Inks in the center of the Circle Die Cut after Die Cutting the Image with the Coordinating "Newton Rides West" Die Set!! I Die Cut some Simon Says Stamp Black Cardstock for my Banner using the Garden Window Die Set and then White Heat Embossed my Sentiment using Simon Says Stamp White Embossing Powder!! For alittle "POP" of Color and to match the Polka Dot Handkerchief on Newton I Die Cut a Punchinella Die from some Reverse Conffetti Salsa Cardstock and backed it with a Piece of Tim Holtz Distress Watercolor Paper so it would Match the Stamped and Embossed Background I created!! I added some Tonic Studio Moring Dew Nuvo Drops to the Star on the Cowboy Hat, Newton's Nose, the Stick Pony's Eye and the Ring on the Halter!! I added some White Gel Pen Highlights and then I Stamped and Embossed the Birthday Sentiment on the inside of my Card!! I just LOVE LOVE LOVE the way it turned out!!  =)
