Welcome to the Newton's Nook Designs Birthday Party!! Today, were showcasing the NEW Dog Builder Die Set, NEW Cat Builder Die Set and the NEW Birthday Accessories Die Set!! They can ALL be pair perfectly together, or use them on their own for the SWEETEST Scenes!! The possibilities are ENDLESS and I just LOVE them as Die Cutting is one of my FAVORITE Techniques!!
How SWEET are these NEW SETS!! SQUEAL!! I hope you are as EXCITED about these as I am!! Here's what I created for today!!
I Started by creating the SWEET Standing Dog!! I think what makes these Sets AMAZING is that you can create several different Poses with ONE Die Set!!
I Die Cut the Pieces from both Kraft and Cream Cardstock and then I used my Copic Markers to add some Shading and Details!! I used E40, E43, E47 and then I used some R81 for the Cheeks!! I added some W2 to the Bone and BG10, BG45 & BG49 for the Collar, Party Hat and Cupcake Frosting!! Then I used R37 & R59 for the Hearts and Party Hat!! I even added some Red Glitter Pen for some Sparkle!! I then added some Black Glaze Pen to the Eyes and Nose for a nice Shine Finish and then I added some White Gel Pen Highlights!!
I Die Cut the Scalloped Circle from the Circle Frames Die Set from some Red Polka Dot Paper from the Bright Basic Paper Pad and then I Inked a White Cardstock Layering Circle with some Salvaged Patina Distress Oxide Ink!! I adhered it Dog with some Foam Tape for some Dimension and then I adhered the Hearts!!
I Stamped and Embossed the Sentiment from the NEW Birthday Greetings Stamp Set and then I added some Black Distress Paint Splatters!! I adhered the Scalloped Circle to the Center of the Card and I LOVE the way it turned out!!
