SQUEAL!! I'm here with Newton's Nook Designs for the
May 2017 Release!!

Today we're showcasing the New "Newton Dreams of Italy" Stamp Set + Coordinating "Newton Dream of Italy" Die Set!! You're going to LOVE this SWEET Set!!

Let's take a Close Up Look at the ENTIRE Set!!

How FUN is this Set!!?? Such AMAZING Images and I LOVE LOVE LOVE that several of the Images can be used on their own to create cards for MANY different occasions!! I thought it would be FUN to create an Anniversary Card for my Parents who will be Celebrating their 37th Wedding Anniversary on Friday!!

So when I saw these SWEET Images I thought it would be FUN to create a Table Scene!! You could use this idea for SO MANY Occasions!! I decided on an Anniversary Card!! I wanted a BIG Heart in the Background so I Die Cut a Mask using the Hero Arts Heart Die Set and then used Barn Door Distress Ink so it would match the Copic Marker Colors that I used for the Wine!! I Stamped my Sentiment from the Newton's Book Club Stamp Set right over the Inking and then added some Water Splatters!! Then I coated it ALL with some Clear Embossing Powder!! I LOVE LOVE LOVE the way it turned out!! Then I Stamped and Embossed my Images onto Distress Watercolor Paper and Colored them using Copic Markers!! I Die Cut them out using the Coordinating Dies and then I added some Tonic Studios Morning Dew Nuvo Drops to the Images for some added Dimension and Texture!! Then I added the Banner from the Garden Window Die Set and White Heat Embossed my Sentiment from the Years of Cheers Stamp Set!! I added the Card Base to a Kraft Card and my Card was Finished!!  =)

Sweet Owl Card w/ Newton's Nook Designs!! =)

HELLO & HAPPY FRIDAY!!
I'm up on the Newton's Nook Designs Blog today sharing a Sweet Owl Card!!
That adorable Owl is from the Cottage Garden Stamp Set, I paired it with the BEAUTIFUL Wreath, Flowers and Leaves ALL from the Happy Little Thoughts Stamp Set!! Don't they look like they were just made to go together!!?? So AWESOME!!  I also Included the Bold Stem of Flowers under the Wreath from the Cottage Garden Stamp Set and added the Bow in the center is from the Happy Little Thoughts Stamp Set!! I Stamped and Embossed the Images with Clear Embossing Powder and then used Distress Oxide Inks to add Color to the Die Cut Images!! Then I created a FUN Card Base using Distress Oxide Inks!! I added Walnut Stain, Vintage Photo, Fossilized Amber, Barn Door and Spiced Marmalade to my Craft Mat and Sprayed it with Water than drag my Distress Watercolor Paper through it!! I added some more Water Droplets and then let it Dry!! Then added alittle more Ink and repeated the process a few times until I was HAPPY with the results!! I used a Lawn Fawn Scalloped Lace Circle Die Cut as my Scene Base and added some White Gel Pen Dot Details and some Faceted Gems to the Centers of the Flowers and my Card was done!!
I LOVE LOVE LOVE the way it turned out!!

Welcome to the Paper Sweeties | April 2017 Release Rewind!!

I've used something from ALL of the New Products for my Card today!! SQUEAL!! LOVE how they ALL work together so well!!  =)

I Created a FUN Shaker Card using the New Square Scallop Frames Sweet Cuts!! I Layered two layers of FUN Foam together so I'd have a Thicker Shaker Window because I KNEW I wanted to use LOTS of RAINBOW Colored Pretty Pink Posh Sequins for the inside of my Shaker!! I Stamped and Embossed the Images form the You Add Color to My Life Stamp Set and then I Die Cut them out using the Coordinating You Add Color to My Life Sweet Cuts!! I used the BEAUTIFUL Sentiment from the New Love You to Pieces Stamp Set!!
I LOVE LOVE LOVE the Simple Design with the POP of Colors from the Sequins!!
I HOPE you LOVE the New Release and that you've ENJOYED ALL of the AMAZING Inspiration being shared using it!!??

Folk Art Fox Card w/ Newton's Nook Designs!! =)

HELLO!!
Today I'm sharing this Folk Art Fox Card I made for the Newton's Nook Designs Blog using the New Cottage Garden Stamp Set and the Coordinating Cottage Garden Die Set!!

 

I've been having a BLAST playing with the New Distress Oxide Inks from Tim Holtz and I created the AMAZING Teal Color on those Foxes by Layering Two Ink Colors, Cracked Pistachio and Faded Jeans!! After I Stamped and Embossed the images with Clear Embossing Powder, I trimmed them out using the coordinating Cottage Garden Die Set and added them on the card in a FUN Folk Art Pattern along with some of the other SWEET Images ALL from the Cottage Garden Stamp Set!! I rotated them in different directions to resemble a lovely Folk Art Pattern that you'd find on a Plate or Wall Hanging!! Then to finish off my card I added some Gems to the Flowers on the Images and some Black Gel Pen to the Eyes of each of the Fox Eyes then the "Hello, Friend" Sentiment Embossed in White Embossing Powder onto a Black Banner from the Garden Window Die Set!! Which is on SALE for this Week ONLY!! (Through April 14th)

It's MY FAVORITE Banner Die and I think if you'd look I use it on more than 1/2 of my Cards!! It's just the PERFECT Size!!  =)

I LOVE LOVE LOVE the BRIGHT Colors for this Challenge and I CAN'T WAIT to share the Card!!

 

 I had SO MUCH FUN making this Card!! I wanted a FUN Folk Art Design!! I used Distress Oxide Inks to Stamp the Images from the Cottage Garden Stamp Set and then Embossed the Images with Clear Embossing Powder!! Then I Die Cut them out using the Coordinating Cottage Garden Die Set!! I wanted a Die Cut Circle for my Sentiment and used the Hoppy Days Stamp Set and the Simply Seasonal Stamp Set!! I added some Adhesive Gems to the Centers of my Flowers and my Card was finished!!

Paper Smooches SPARKS October Picture Perfect Challenge!! =)

Welcome to This week’s Paper Smooches SPARKS Challenge is a Picture Perfect Challenge based on the photo seen above (photo credit)!! I was Inspired by the Garland Idea and wanted to use some of the Newly Released Paper Smooches Products so I decided to create a Holiday Themed Greenery Garland with Hanging Candy Canes!! I just LOVE the way it tuned out!! I've used the New PS Holiday Cheer and Tis the Season Stamp Set along with the Wreath Builder, Holly, and Tis the Season Icons Dies!!

I Die Cut 11 Sets of the Wreath Builder Pieces and added Glitter to the Thinner Greenery Pieces and then Glued them on top of the Fuller Greenery Pieces!! I LOVE the look of them layered together and the contrast and detail that the Glitter adds!! Then I created the Garland Design!! I Die Cut 3 Sets of the Smallest Holly Leaves and Berries and then added them in along the Garland to fill it in!! I Stamped and Embossed the Candy Canes using Red Geranium Embossing Powder by Ranger and Wendy Vecchi!! I used the Coordinating Dies to Die Cut them out and then glued just the Tops Down to my Card Base under the Garland as to make it look like they were hanging down from under the Garland!!  I Stamped and Embossed my Sentiment and my card was done!!

August Monthly Meetup Challenge w/ Lil' Inker Designs!! =)

Hello!!
I'm stopping in to share the Card the made for the August Monthly Meetup Challenge!! =)
I just got my New Stamps and I just LOVE them!! When I saw this Set I thought it would be AWESOME to use the Boxed Up Birthday Greetings Die and the Small Stitched Bow Die to create a Present and then I added the Birthday Balloon Greetings Stamps for a FUN Balloon Bouquet!! =) I used some Burlap Paper for the Bow and then created a FUN Shaker with the Boxed Up Birthday Greetings Die and I REALLY like the way it turned out!! I Stamped and Embossed the Balloons and then added some Burlap Twine!!
