BOO to You Card w/ Taylored Expressions!! =)

Hello!!
I'm stopping in to share another Card for the Freshly Made Sketches #200 Challenge!! =) I decided to Flip the Sketch Up Side Down for this Card!!
I was the LUCKY Winner of the New Taylored Expressions Peek-A-Boo Pumpkins Stamp Set and the Coordinating Peek-A-Boo Pumpkins Die Set during their August Release Week!!
Whoop Whoop!! =)

So I just HAD to break them out and create a Card using them!! Squeal ~ I just LOVE them!! =) I started by Die Cutting the Taylored Expressions Starry Night Cutting Plate Die for my Background from some Chalkboard Cardstock!! I backed it with some Distress Water Color Paper that I Inked with Scattered Straw and Mustard Seed Distress Inks and then I Sprayed it with a mixture of Heidi Swapp Gold Color Shine Spray and some Glimmer Mist in Sun Sisters!! In real life it LOOKS SO NEAT!! The Stars Shimmer against the Black Chalkboard Cardstock as if they were Glowing!! I then used the Taylored Expressions Build a Scene~Rolling Hills Border Die Set to create the Ground that was Die Cut from some Green Patterned Paper from the New Taylored Expressions Build a Scene Halloween 6x6 Paper Pad!! I LOVE the Designs in this Pad, they are going to be PERFECT for my Halloween Projects!! =) I wanted to make my Scene Pop from the Card so I used the New Taylored Expressions Build a Tag 5 Die Set to Die Cut a Tag and then I used that for the Main Scene for my Card!! I Stamped and Die Cut the Pumpkins and then I added one of the Spiders from the New Taylored Expressions Drink if You Dare Die Set and cut it from some Glitter Covered Cardstock!! I added a May Arts Burlap Twine Bow and a Vintage Black Button and added some Clear Wink of Stella Glitter Marker to the Pumpkins for even more Sparkle and my Card was done!!

I tried to capture the Sparkle and Glow in the Large picture so I hope you can see how NEAT it looks!!??

Sparkle and Shine Challenge/Freshly Made Sketches ~ Shaker Card using Paper Smooches!! =)

Hello!!
I'm stopping in to share the Card that I've made for the Sparkle and Shine #12 Challenge along with the Freshly Made Sketches #200 Challenge!! I've used the Paper Smooches Best Buds Stamp Set, along with the Paper Smooches Smarty Pants Stamp Set and the Paper Smooches Borders 2 Die Set!! I thought it would be FUN to create a Shaker Card using the Best Buds Large Flower Jar Image as my Shaker Element Base!! I Stamped and Embossed the Image onto the Distress Water Color Paper and then cut around the Inside of the Jar!! I used my Black Soot Distress Marker to color around the Edge!! I then Stamped and Embossed the Image 2 more Times!! You could skip this Step except I wanted the Dimension for my Design!! I then Fussy Cut around the Images and I wanted to get rid of all of the Extra Background I could!! I use my Distress Inks to Water Color the Images and then went around all of the Edges with a Black Soot Distress Marker to finish everything off!! I just LOVE the Colors!! I added some Acetate to the Backside of the Card Front Panel and then added my Foam Tape to create a Place to house my Sequins, Mini Confetti and Beads!! I just LOVE all those Little Bits of Sparkle and Shine!! I added a Jar Image to back the Shaker that I Water Colored using Black Soot Distress Ink!! I adhered the other two Jar Images on top of each other to create a FUN Layered Design but without too much bulk as I just layered them together using some really thin Foam!! I thought it would be FUN to create a Neat Paper Layered Border at the Top of my Card and after I Die Cut 3 of the Notebook Edges I Stitched them together with my Sewing Machine!! I Stamped and Embossed my Sentiment onto some Notebook Patterned Paper and added a Few Black Gems for my Flower Centers and my Card was done!!

Freshly Made Sketches #200 Challenge ~ Newton's Nook Designs!! =)

I'm here to share the New Freshly Made Sketch #200 Challenge ~ A Celebration and the Card that I've made!! I've used the New Newton's Nook Designs "Mermaid Crossing" Stamp Set along with some of the New Avery Elle Dies!!

       
I was REALLY Inspired with this Sketch and how there were so MANY Possibilities with it!! I stared by Inking my Background to create a FUN Sun Set/Sun Rise Scene!! I decided to use Tumbled Glass and Cracked Pistachio Distress Inks for the Ocean and then I Splattered it with some Water for alittle Interest!! I used Spun Sugar and Picked Raspberry Distress Inks for the Sky!! I used Mustard Seed Distress Ink for the Stitched Heart "Sun" Die Cut and then I Sprayed it with Water after I Inked it up because I decided I wanted it to have a more Soft Water Colored look!! I Stamped and Embossed the Mermaid Image and then I colored her in using a Mixture of Distress Inks and Copic Markers!! I LOVE how well they work together on an Image!! I Covered her Tail with Clear Wink of Stella Glitter Marker and then Coated it with some WoW Clear Detail Embossing Powder!! I LOVE the way it Looks once it is Heated!! I added the Banner Die Cut to be like a Rock/Island that the Mermaid was Resting on while watching the Sun Set/Sun Rise with her BELOVE Sea Horse!! I added a Few Star Fish that I Stamped, Embossed and Colored using Antique Linen Distress Ink and then covered with some Clear Wink of Stella Glitter Marker!! A few Crystal Clear Sequins from Pretty Pink Posh and my Card was done!! I LOVE the way it turned out and I CAN'T WAIT to see what you create for this Challenge!!
