 I'm here for the Newton's Nook Designs 7 Year Blog Hop & SALE!! Who feels like CELEBRATING!! So EXCITED to help Newton's Nook Designs CELEBRATE their 7th Year of AMAZING Products and FUN!!

My Card is a Shaker Card!! I LOVE to make Shaker Cards!! Building a scene that mixes both New and Older Stamp Sets!! Its FUN to look through your stash and bring NEW life to some of the Images you might not have used in awhile!! I started by Stamping and Embossing the Images from the Newton's Nook Designs Purr-Maid Newton Stamp Set, Narly Mermaids and Manatee-rific!! I colored the Images using Copic Markers!!

Newton: E40, E43, E47
Mermaid Tail:
Starfish:
Angel Fish:
Seahorse: YR00, YR02,        V01, V06, V12
Purple Fish: V01, V06
Sea Shell: E40, E43, E44

Then I used some Distress Oxide Inks in Tattered Rose, Abandoned Coral and Aged Mahogany to Stamp the Coral Images from the Tranquil Tides Stamp Set!! Then Embossed them using some WoW Clear Embossing Powder!! I used the coordinating Dies from Purr-Maid Newton, Narly Mermaids, Manatee-rific and Tranquil Tides to Die Cut the Images out and added some White Gel Pen Details then set them aside!!

 For the Base I Started with an A2 Distress Watercolor Panel and inked it up using Tumbled Glass!! Then I Inked two more Panels using Distress Inks in Tumbled Glass, Shaded Lilac, Salty Ocean and Chipped Sapphire!! I added some Water Droplets using a Distress Sprayer for some dimension!! Then I die cut the Top of each of the Panels to create some Waves using the Newton's Nook Designs Sea Borders Die Set!!

To add even more interest to my under water scene I took the Newton's Nook Designs Sunscape Stencil and adhered it over my Distress Inked Panel with some Therm O Web Purple Tape!! Then used some Simon Says Stamp White Pigment Ink and Inked it up using a Ranger Mini Ink Blending Tool!! I LOVE the look of Light Filtering in from up above!! I used the Newton's Nook Designs Land Borders Die Set to Die Cut a Sandy Bottom and used Distress Inks in Antique Linen and Gathered Twigs to Ink it up!! I added some Stamped Details using the Image from the Tranquil Tides Stamp Set and Gathered Twigs!!

 I Stamped and Embossed the Sentiment from the Narly Mermaids Stamp Set in WoW Opaque Bright White Super Fine Embossing Powder!! Then I adhered all of my Images creating the FUN under water scene using Therm O Web Mixed Media Multi-purpose Adhesive!! Some Tonic Studios Simply White Nuvo Drops were used to create some Water Bubbles coming from the Images and set aside to dry!! 

I adhered some Hot Off the Press Acetate Sheet to the back of my Card Front Panel using some Therm O Web iCraft Double Sided Tape!! I used several Therm O Web 3D Mounting Squares to create my Foam Frame layer and added a mixture of Pretty Pink Posh Iridescent Mini Star Confetti, Sea Glass Jewels and Studio Katia Iridescent Crystals for the Shaker Elements!!

         I'm here with Day 4 of the 

               Newton's Nook Designs July Release 2019!! 

.       Today we're showcasing the NEW  

 "Lemon Twist", "Gull Friends", "Newton’s Melon", and "Shrimp Cocktails" Stamp Sets + coordinating Dies!! 

Let's take a look at the AWESOME New Products!!

For my first Card I wanted to create a BEAUTIFUL Scene!! I also knew I wanted to use the Gingham Farm Patterned Paper for my Frame and I just LOVE it!! I Stamped and Embossed the Images and Colored them with Copic Markers!! (I used Lemons: Y00, Y11, Y13 and Y19  Leaves: YG03, YG41 and YG45  Blooms and Swirls: N0, N3 and Colorless Blender) 

I inked the Background with Tumbled Glass Distress Oxide Ink and then added the Petite Snow Stencil to add some Dimension to the Background also inking with Tumbled Glass Distress Oxide Ink!! I added some Water Splatters and then created my Scene using some Foam Tape to add some Dimension to a few of the Lemons and Flowers!! A scattering of Pretty Pink Posh Iridescent Jewels finishes off the Design!! I Die Cut the Gingham Farm Patterned Paper using the Frames & Flags Die Set and adhered it to a TE Oreo Cardbase!! 

This SWEET Image just makes me SMILE and who doesn't LOVE Watermelon!!?? I wanted to create a simple Scene using the NEW Grass Decorative Border Die!! I inked it with Peeled Paint and Lucky Clover Distress Oxide Inks and then used some Tumbled Glass Distress Oxide Inks to ink the Background!! I Stamped and Embossed the Newton Image and used Copic Markers to Color!! 

I went with Soft Grey for Newton as I didn't want to add in any new colors into the mix!! I used the Frames Squared Die Set as a Frame and the Banner from the  to Stamp and Emboss the Sentiment!! I Die Cut the Sunny Studios Patterned Paper and adhered it to the center of the Frames & Flags Die Set Scalloped Frame Die Cut from some TE Oreo Cardstock!! Then created my Cardbase from some TE  Cardstock!! A few Iridescent Sequins and some Jewels finish off the Design!! 

I just LOVE using Little Images for Gift Packaging!! These little Gull Friends are PERFECT for Simple Gifts!! I Stamped and Embossed them and Colored them with Copic Markers!! I added some White Gel Pen details and some Morning Dew Nuvo Drops to their Beaks and Feet for some dimension!! 

 I Die Cut an MFT Treat Topper Die and then used the Sunscape Stencil along with the NEW Wave Borders Die Stencil to create a Simple Scene!! I used Distress Oxide Inks in Scattered Straw and Peacock Feathers!! Then Stamped and Embossed the Sentiment!! So EASY to make and this Gift Presentation is SURE to bring a SMILE for that SPECIAL Friend!! 

SQUEAL!! How FUN are these Shrimp Cocktail Images!! I KNEW as soon as I saw them that they would be PERFECT for Hostess Gifts or for any Special occasion!! I Stamped and Embossed them and colored them with Copic Markers!! I added White Gel Pen Details and some Glitter Pen and Morning Dew Nuvo Drops for the Martini Glasses!! 

I created another MFT Treat Topper from some Damask Patterned Paper and then used the Frames Squared Die Set as a Frame for the Images after I stamped and Embossed the Sentiment!! I adhered it to the Treat Bag and added a Gina K Designs Gingham Ribbon Bow and another Bow from some old SU Ribbon I had in my Stash!! I LOVE the way it turned out and think these would be the talk of any Party!! I hope I've given you some Ideas today!!??

I'm playing along with the Paper Smooches June Challenge!! I just LOVE the Inspiration Photo and thought it would be FUN to create a Summer Card using several PS Products!!

How darling is this Vespa Die!!?? I'm in LOVE!! I had to use it along with some Lawn Fawn Papers to create a Girly Vespa with some of my FAVORITE Colors!! I layers several layers for some of the pieces to create a more 3-D Vespa and I really LOVE how it came together!! To go along with the Challenge Photo I just had to Stamp and Emboss one of the Pineapples from the Pineapple Crush Stamp Set!! I Stamped in Distress Oxide Inks layering Picked Raspberry and Barn Door to create a Dimensional Pineapple!! Then I stamped and embossed the detail using some Distress Embossing Powder!! It's hard to see in the photo, but it you were to touch the Pineapple its rough and textured just like a real Pineapple would be!! I used Peeled Paint and Moss and Gathered Twigs Distress Oxide Inks for the top of the Pineapple!! I Die Cut it out using the coordinating Pineapple Cruch Icon Dies!! 

I Die Cut a Small Bow from the Bows Die Set from Black Cardstock layering 3 together for a 3-D Bow and then I added an Iridescent Sequin and Seed Bead to the center of the Bow for some Sparkle!! I Stamped and Embossed the Sweet Bird from the Sunnyville Stamps Set and Die Cut it out using the coordinating Sunnyville Icon Dies Dies!! It was colored with Copic Markers!! White Gel Pen details were added for some highlights!! I Stamped and Embossed some of the Cloud Images and Die Cut them out as well!! For the background I inked the NND Sunscape Stencil using Tumbled Glass, Scattered Straw and Wild Honey Distress Oxide Ink!! I cut a piece of Vellum to layer over the Top then Stamped and Embossed the Sentiment on the Vellum using some WoW Neutral Shimmer Glitter Embossing Powder to add some Sparkle to finish off the Design!!

         I'm here with Day 3 of the 

               Newton's Nook Designs April Release 2019!! 

.       Today we're showcasing the NEW "Newton's Birdhouse" Stamp Set + coordinating "Newton's Birdhouse" Die Set, "Mother's Day" Stamp Set & "Father's Day"Stamp Set!!  

Let's take a look at the AWESOME New Products!! 

For this Card I wanted to create a BEAUTIFUL Spring/Summer Scene!! I started by steciling the Background Clouds!! Using the Sky Borders Die to create a Stencil from some 6X6 Stenciling Plastic!! I use it for most of my Sky backgrounds!! I used a combo of Tumbled Glass and Cracked Pistachio!! Then I wanted to create a SUN w/ Sun Rays coming from behind the NEW Fence Die so I used the Sunscape Stencil using Scattered Straw and instead or rubbing the ink on which would create a GREEN color I just pounced it on the the Yellow would stay crisp!! 

I LOVE the way it turned out!! 

I wanted a White Picket Fence so I die Cut the NEW Fence Die and used a N2 Copic Marker to add some shading!! I used the Land Borders Die for the Grass Die Cut from some TE Carfdstock and then used Peeled Paint, Mowed Lawn and Gathered Twigs to add some shading and dimension, plus some shadows!! A few Flowers from the Woodland Spring and Bunny Hop Stamp Sets finish off the Ground Design!! For my sentiment I Stamped and Embossed it onto the NEW Speech Bubble Die and then added another SWEET Bird to finish it off!! I Die Cut the Scalloped Frame from some Lawn Fawn Patterned Paper using the Frames & Flags Die Set!! 

I used the NEW Mother's Day Stamp Set and combined it with the typewriter image from My Type Stamp Set to create a stunning combination!! I Stamped and Emboissed the XOXO Sentiment and a Heart with some WoW Glitter Embossing Powder in Red for some Sparkle!! I also added a few extra flowers around the typewriter using stamps from the Lovely Blooms Stamp Set,  Bunny Hop Stamp Set, and Woodland Spring Stamp Set along with their coordinating dies. I used Copic Markers to color everything in, going for a Bright and Cheerful color Palette!! The beautiful image was framed with a scallop edged frame cut out using our Frames & Flags Die Set from some Sunny Studio Patterned Paper!! 

Some Pretty Pink Posh Irridescent Jewels were scattered around and I added Nuvo Glitters Drops to the centers of all of the Flowers for some extra Spatrkle!! I LOVE the way the Design came together!!  

For my last Card I used the NEW Deco Foil Copper Metallix Gel to stencil the NEW Hardwood Stencil onto some Simple Stories Wood Grain Patterend Paper!! I used the Stencil Pal and the NEW Pixie Spray and then removed the Stencil to let the Gel Dry!! It's such a NEAT look in real Life!!

I Stamped and Embossed the NEW Father's Day Stamp onto some TE Sugar Cube Cardstock that I inked with some Tumbled Glass and Stormy Sky Distress Inks and then Die Cut using the Ginka K Designs Labels Die Set!! I also Fussy Cut some TE Kraft Cardstock using the Die to create a Frame that I inked with Gathered Twigs Distress Ink to make it POP!! I Die Cut some Authentique Denim Patterned Paper for the Base!! Inking it with some Chipped Sapphire Distress Ink to make it POP!! 

I colored the Images using Copic Markers and then I added some Glossy Accents to make them POP!! I added the Label to my Card using Foam Tape and then I added some Honey Bee Stamps Glass Bubbles scattered around for some added Shine and Color!! I really like how it turned out and just KNOW my Father-In-Law is going to LOVE it come Father's Day!!

                                     I'm here with Day 2 of the 

               Newton's Nook Designs June Release 2018!! 

                            Today we're showcasing the NEW  

       "Loveable Llamas" Stamp Set + coordinating 

"Loveable Llamas" Die Set!! 

                  Let's take a look at the AWESOME New Products!!

SQUEAL!! How FUN is this Set!!?? I literally just SMILE everytime I look at that Llama with its shades on and the AWESOME Southwestern Accessories you can use to Dress him/her up with!!  For my Card today I started by using the NEW Sunscape Stencil to create my Background!! Its FUN to use this Stencil for MORE than just the intented way, so I flipped it upside down and used just the Rays!! I used Scattered Straw and Fossilized Amber Distress Inks and and then added Water Droplets for some Texture!! A few ColoriQue Black Diamond Ink Splatters add even more Texture!! Then I Die Cut a Stitched Circle from some Gina K Designs Premium Cardstock and inked it using some Tumbled Glass Distress Ink!! Water Droplets add some more Texture!! I Stamped and Embossed my Images and used Copic Markers to color them in!! I LOVE the Colors!! They just make me think Southwestern!! I Stamped and Embossed the sentiment onto a Gina K Designs Black Cardstock Stitched Banner using White Embossing Powder!! A few Tonic Studios Nuvo Drops and Studio Katia Iridescent Crystals finish off the Design!!
