One Last Card for the Water Color Blog Hop hosted by Pretty Pink Posh!! I'm also playing along with the WPlus 9 Throwback Thursday Challenge #4!! I was Inspired by Maureen's Design in the Card above!! =)
I had gotten the Unforgettable Stamp Set from WPlus 9 and the coordinating Unforgettable Dies awhile ago and I needed a Baby Girl Card for a Friend so I decided this was the PERFECT Time to use them!! =) I started by Stamping and Embossing the Sweet Little Elephant Image onto some Distress Water Color Paper!! I then used my Distress Markers to Water Color the Image!! I mixed SEVERAL Colors to get this shade of Grey!! =) I then Stamped and Embossed the Wreath from the Easter Blessings Stamp Set and did some Masking to OMIT the Sentiment that is on the Banner onto some Distress Water Color Paper too!! I Die Cut Several Spring Wreath Images and a Few of the Flowers as well from some Distress Water Color Paper that I had Water Colored and some Vellum too!! I then added some Clear Wink of Stella Glitter Marker to the Ears, Cheek, Nails and all the Flowers on the Wreath!! Then I added a SWEET Layered Die Cut Flower to it's Head!! =) I took the Tiny "Baby Girl" Sentiment from the Onesie Twosie Stamp Set and Stamped and Embossed it on the Banner!! I wanted the Sentiment to read Hello Baby Girl!! So I Die Cut the Hand Lettered Hello Die three times from some Distress Water Color Paper to add some dimension!!  I Die Cut one of the Stitched Borders 3 Dies in the Lower Bottom of my Water Colored Card Front and then added Foam Tape to Pop it up off the Card Front!! I added all of my Elements and then felt like something was missing!!?? So I decided to add a Few Confetti Images in Black from the WPlus9 Borders & Backgrounds Stamp Set!! I then added some of the Pretty Pink Posh Crystal Clear Sequins in both 4mm and 6mm and my Card was Finished!! I REALLY LOVE how it turned out and I KNOW it will be cherished!! =)

3-D Peek-A-Boo Flowers for the WaterColor Blog Hop!! =)

I'm stopping in to share another Card I've made for the Water Color Blog Hop hosted by Pretty Pink Posh!! I just LOVE LOVE LOVE all of the EYE CANDY that has been shared so far so I hope you'll join along if you have some time!! It ends Tonight June 8th at 11:59 PST!! I had picked up the Pretty Pink Posh Peek-A-Boo Die during the last Ellen Hutson 25% off Sale!!

I have been WANTING it for awhile and for some reason as soon as I saw it I wanted to make Flowers!! I thought it would be FUN to LAYER Several Die Cuts together that I had Curled the Edges on and then Stamp a Flower Image for the Center so that it really looks like a 3-D Flower on the Card!! After looking at my Stamps I decided the Newton's Nook Designs Fanciful Florals Stamp Set was the PERFECT Option for the Styke of Flower I was going for, but there are SO MANY Options with this Technique!! SQUEAL!!  =)
I used a Double Sided Crate Paper Glitter Striped Paper with Pink on the other side!! I LOVE the way it looks Rolled!! Then I Stamped and Embossed the Flowers onto some Distress Water Color Paper and then I used my Distress Markers to Water Color them!! I then covered then with some Clear Wink of Stella Glitter Marker!! I Die Cut some Leaves from a MFT Leaf Die and folded them for a 3-D look too!! I layered everything together after I added Tumbled Glass Water Color to the whole base of my Card Front then a couple Splatters for added dimension!! I Stamped and Embossed my Sentiment and then added a couple 4mm Gold Metallic Sequins from Pretty Pink Posh and my Card was finished!!

Ocean Water Shaker Card w/ Paper Smooches and PPP Sequins!!

Hello!!
I'm stopping in to share a REALLY FUN Water Shaker Card Concept that I have been working on for about 2 Weeks!! I'm joining the FUN over on the Pretty Pink Posh Blog for the Water Color Blog Hop!! I wanted to see if I could make an Ocean Water Shaker Card using actual Water and I FINALLY Figured out a way to do it!! YIPPEE!! So I'm here to share how I did it and I hope you'll give it a try and maybe even play around with the Concept/Idea yourself and see if there are any other ways to create/use tis FUN Idea for our Ocean/Water themed Cards!! =) I started by using the Paper Smooches Briny Blue Stamp Set!! I stamped my Scene using Distress Markers on some Distress Water Color Paper to stamp my Solid Images and then I used a Water Brush to Water Color them!! Then I colored over them with a Clear Wink of Stella Glitter Marker and added some WoW Detail Clear Embossing Powder and Embossed all of my Images!! By doing this is makes it so I DON'T have to create Masks for ALL of my Images when I go to add my Distress Inked Background!! I used Tumbled Glass and Cracked Pistachio Distress Inks for my Ocean and then added Drops of Salty Ocean and Peacock Feathers along with Water and I LOVE the way it turned out!! I then used my Food Saver Machine to Seal some Distilled Water, Glycerin, Glitter, Distress Stain in both Tumbled Glass and Cracked Pistachio and some Pretty Pink Posh 6mm Irridescent Bermuda Blue Sequins!! I also added a few Mini Sequins from my stash and I just LOVE the look!! To finish off the Card Front I've Die Cut a Flag from the Paper Smooches Flag Tags Die Set along with a Tiny Heart from the Paper Smooches Tiny Hearts Die Set that I Water Colored and covered with Wink of Stella Glitter and WoW Embossing Powder to make it match the Scene!! I stamped my Sentiment also from the Briny Blue Stamp Set and added it with some Foam Tape!! I found that using the Glycerin instead of just the Plain Water really makes it more thick so when trying to use it for the Front of a Card it Holds its shape better!! It's ALOT like making a Snow Globe only your sealing it in a Bag instead of putting it in a Jar!! =) I've also made a QUICK Video just to share!! I hope you ENJOY IT!! I sure had FUN Making it!! SQUEAL!!  =)

I also saw that Yainea shared a SUPER FUN Idea with a Similar Technique this Week over on the Lawn Fawn Blog during the Release Preview of their New Fintastic Friends Stamp Set!! So if you haven't seen it you can go and check it out too!! She has been in the Hospital, so she hasn't shared how she created her card yet, but she said she would share a Video Soon!! =) So that is TOTALLY something EXCITING to keep an eye out for!! SQUEAL!! I just LOVE it!! =)
