A Happy New Year Card w/ Mint Owl Studio!! =)

HELLO!!
I'm stopping in today to share a FUN New Year's Card for the Mint Owl Studio Blog!!
I hope you all had an AMAZING Christmas and are looking forward to a FABULOUS New Year!!?? I know I am!! I thought it would be FUN to use the SWEET Party Pals Stamp Set and the Half Tone Stencil to create a New Year's Card!!
 

I started by Stamping and Embossing the Images onto Distress Watercolor Paper and then Watercoloring them using some Distress Ink!! I had to do some Masking in order to make it look as though the SWEET Girl Image was holding the Banner!! I used some Masking Paper to Stamp the Banner Image and then Cut it out!! I Stamped and Embossed the Banner and then the Party Sentiment!! Then I placed the Banner Mask over the top of the Banner and Stamped and Embossed the Sweet Girl Image over the Top of the Banner!! I also Stamped and Embossed the arty Hat Image and then Fussy Cut it out after it was Watercolored and Dry!! I Die Cut the Image out using a Stitched Heart and then Die Cut a Stitched Rectangle to use as my Card Base!! I used some Tumbled Glass Distress Ink to Ink my Stenciled Design onto the Stitched Rectangle Card Base and I LOVE the Disco-ish Pattern that it added as a Background for my Heart Shaped Focal!! I added the Heart Focal with some Fun Foam and also popped up Card Base Panel for even more Dimension!! Then I added some Sequins and some Glitter Pen to some of the Images just to make it SPARKLE and my Card was done!!

Sweet 3-D Holiday Gift Tags w/ Mint Owl Studio!! =)

HELLO!!
I'm up today on the Mint Owl Studio Blog to share some Sweet 3-D Holiday Gift Tags with you!! The Holiday's are FAST approaching and if you're like me, you're getting those Gifts Wrapped and Cards ready to mail!!?? I thought it would be FUN to make a Set of Gift Tags with a BEAUTIFUL 3-D Bow!! I just LOVE LOVE LOVE to add Dimension to my Tags to make them come alive!! I've used the Banners Sentiments 2 Stamp Set along with the SWEET Bow from the Packaged Pretty Die Set and the Mini Banner Die Set!!
    
I Die Cut all of my Banners and Stamped and Embossed the Sentiments and the To: and From: on all of them first!! Then I Die Cut 2 Bows for each Tag so that I could Layer them together to make a 3-D Bow and added a Rusty Bell in the Center of the Bows!! I Die Cut some Tags from some Double Sided Patterned Papers and then adhered the Banners and the Bows onto each of the Tags!! Next I added the Burlap Twine and my Tags were done!! I hoe you find these INSPIRING an that maybe you'll make your own 3-D Gift Tags for those Holiday Packages you have to Give!!

Merry Christmas & a Happy New Year Shaker Card!! =)

I'm up on the Mint Owl Studio Blog and I'm sharing a FUN Holiday Shaker Card!! I've used the
Cardinal Greetings Stamp Set!! 

I Stamped and Embossed the images onto Distress Watercolor Paper!! I then Watercolored them using Distress Inks and then Fussy Cut out the Cardinal and the Branch!! I wanted some Pine Trees so I used Distress Inks and Stamped them then coated them with some Clear Embossing Powder!! I Die Cut a Stitched Circle for the Shaker Window and added some Acetate and Fun Foam!! I used the Honey Bee Stamps Poinsettia Sequin Mix for my Shaker Elements and then added some Nuvo Red Slippers Drops for the Berry's and some Nuvo Morning Dew Drops for the Beak!! I LOVE LOVE LOVE the way it turned out!!

Interactive Construction Scene Card w/ Mint Owl Studio!! =)

HELLO!!
Today I'm up on the Mint Owl Studio Blog and I have a FUN Interactive Card to share using the "Under Construction" Stamp Set and I LOVE LOVE LOVE the way it turned out!! I started by Stamping and Embossing the Images onto Distress Watercolor Paper!! Then I Watercolored the Images and my background with Distress Inks!! I wanted the Card to feel like the Excavator was Loading up the Dump Truck so I created a Slider with a Hole in the Center so it looks like the Hole was created by the Digging!! I Then added the Images onto some Penny's for my Sliders and then added the Construction sign in the Back of the Dump Truck!! I LOVE LOVE LOVE the way it turned out and hope you do too!!

Deck the Halls w/ Mint Owl Studio!! =)

HELLO!!
I'm up on the Mint Owl Studio Blog!! I wanted to make a FUN Garland/Banner Card!! So I used the AWESOME Mini Banner Die Set and the Sweet Banner Sentiments 2 Stamp Set!! I Created a FUN Watercolored Background that I added some Texture too with some Paint Splatters!! This goes along with the New November Instagram Challenge "TEXTURE"!! I hope you'll play along for a chance to WIN!!

I also added some Stamped, Embossed and Fussy Cut Bows and Holly for some added touches to my Garland/Banner!! The Bows are from the Birthday Bash Stamp Set and the Holly is from the Dear Santa Stamp Set!! I just LOVE LOVE LOVE the way it turned out!!

Mint Owl Studio October Release Blog Hop!! =)

HELLO and HAPPY Friday!!
I'm here with Mint Owl Studio for the October Release Blog Hop!!
I've made a SWEET Card for today using the New   Stencil and a Few of the Products form the September Release!! I LOVE LOVE LOVE how they all work together so well!!

  

I Started by adding some Texture Paste over the top of the Stencil and then I added some Chunky Red Glitter and let it dry!! I then Sprayed over it with a Clear Coat Varnish to help keep the Glitter from falling off!! I then Stamped and Embossed the Deer and Holly and Watercolored them using my Zig Real Clean Color Brush Markers and then I Fussy Cut them out!! I Stamped and Embossed the Sentiment and added the Deer and Holly to the Center of the Die Cut!! I added it to the card with some Foam Tape and my Card was done!! I Hope you feel Inspired and that you Hop Along with us for a chance to WIN the ENTIRE October Release!!

Happy Holidays Watercolored Card with Mint Owl Studio!! =)

Hello Friends!! 

I'm up on the Mint Owl Studio Blog today sharing a SWEET Holiday Card using the New Trim the Tree Stamp Set along with the Holly from the Dear Santa Stamp Set!! SQUEAL!! I LOVE LOVE LOVE these New Images and CAN'T WAIT to share what I've made!!

I Stamped and Embossed the Images onto some Distress Watercolor Paper and then used my Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers to watercolor the Images!! I've used (047 May Green, 033 Persian Green, 022 Carmine & 024 Wine Red for the Holly, 034 Dull Blue, 030 Blue & 033 Persian for the Blue Ornament, 063 Ochre & 067 Mustard for the Ornament Toppers, 027 Dark Pink & 070 Orange for the Pink Ornament, 082 Purple & 042 Turquoise Green for the Purple Ornament) I then Stamped and Embossed some of the Pine Leaves for the Top of the Card and then added some Watercolor for the Leaves and some Splatters for some Texture!! A Sprinkling of Sequins and a Stamped and Embossed Sentiment and my Card was done!!

Today I'm part of the Mint Owl Studio New September Release Blog Hop!! I've made a FUN one Layer Card that I did add a few embellishments too!! I was going for a Holiday Winter Scene and I did ALOT of Inking and Watercoloring then splattered some Distress Paint in both Black Soot and Picket Fence!! Some Holly was added to the Sleigh and then a Few Sequins too!!  =)
