Happy Thursday and Welcome to the Last day of the New Newton's Nook Designs March Release!! Today we're showcasing the New "Newton's Rainy Day" Stamp Set + Coordinating Die Set!! I LOVE LOVE LOVE these New Images and the New Dies and think you will too!! Let's take a Look at the FULL Sets, Sold Separately available Friday March 17th, 2017!!

SQUEAL!! What a SWEET Set!! My Boys LOVE LOVE LOVE Frogs so as soon as I saw this Little guy, I KNEW I had to create a FUN Sunshine Scene for him and I LOVE the way it turned out!! I've used SEVERAL other NND Stamps and Dies to create this Card too!! I've used the Darling Hearts Die Set for the Stitched Heart, the Garden Window Die Set for the Sentiment Banner, the NEW Sky Borders Die Set (revealed on Monday's post) for the Waves, the Paradise Palms Stamp Set for the Palm Trees and the Birds, and the Hoppy Days Stamp Set for the Lily Pad Image!! I used the Tim Holtz Rays Stencil for the Sun Rays along with some Distress Inks in Squeezed Lemonade, Mustard Seed and Fossilized Amber!! I also used Distress Inks in Tumbled Glass and Faded Jeans for the Water!! Then I added some Water Droplets just to the Water for some added Texture!!  I Die Cut my Base Panel using the Different Dies to create a FUN Inlaid Design!! I used Foam Tape on the Water to make the Frog and Water POP and to have the Sun Rays/Palm Trees fall in the Background!! I used Spectrum Noir Markers to Color my Images and then added some Spectrum Noir Glitter Pen for some Sparkle!! I also coated the Lily Pad with some Tonic Studios Morning Dew Nuvo Drops!! Hope you feel INSPIRED to use those Little Images in these sets to create a SCENE too!!??  =)

Newton's Nook Designs January Release ~ Newton's Happy Mail!! =)

Happy Monday and Welcome to Day 1 of the New Newton's Nook Designs January Release!! Today we're showcasing the New "Newton's Happy Mail" Stamp Set + the Coordinating "Newton's Happy Mail" Die Set!! I LOVE LOVE LOVE these New Images and think you will too!! Let's take a Look at the FULL Set, Sold Separately available January 20th, 2017!!

I've made a Card and Envelope Set!! I started by Die Cutting the Reverse Confetti Lacy Scallop Frame Die and then Layred it with a Lawn Fawn Stitched Die for my Card Front Panel!!  I also wanted a SWEET Heart Die Cut in the Background so I Die Cut the "Darling Hearts" Die Set from Newton's Nook Designs!! It's the PERFECT Size for this, plus I just LOVE the Stitching!!  =) I wanted a Grass Layer so I Die Cut some using the MFT Grassy Hills Die Set!! I used Distress Inks to Ink up my Background using Tumbled Glass for the Sky and Mowed Lawn and Lucky Clover for the Grass!! I added some Water Drops for some texture and I LOVE the way it turned out!! =) I Stamped and Embossed my Images onto Distress Watercolor Paper and then used the Coordinating Dies to Die Cut them out!! SQUEAL!! Can I just say I LOVE LOVE LOVE having the Coordinating Dies for Images like this!! There are SO MANY Possibilities!! Then I used Distress Inks to Watercolor my Images!! I Layered everything together and added the Images with some Foam Tape!! I wanted a Coordinating Envelope, so I used a Simon Says Stamp Metallic School House Red Envenlope!! I Stamped and Embossed the Image onto my Envelope and then I used the Lawn Fawn Valetine Borders Dies to Die Cut the Envelope Flap!! I also Stamped and Embossed the Sentiment "Special Delivery"!! I LOVE the way it turned out!!

Newton's Nook Designs January Release ~ Pug Hugs!! =)

Happy Monday and Welcome to Day 1 of the New Newton's Nook Designs January Release!! Today we're showcasing the New "Pug Hugs" Stamp Set and the Coordinating "Pug Hugs" Purr-fect Die Set!! I LOVE LOVE LOVE these New Images and think you will too!! Let's take a Look at the FULL Set, Sold Separately available January 20th, 2017!! 

SQUEAL!! =) I told you!! So SWEET Right!!?? I think I have a New FAVORITE Set!!??  =)

I decided to create a Couple Projects because I just COULDN'T Help it!!

 

First I've made a FUN Birthday Card using the Sweet "Darling Hearts" Die Set as a Window for my Pug to Pop out of!! =) I used some Fancy Pants Golden Days 6x6 Patterned Paper and I Die Cut it using a Large Stitched Rectangle Die from Lawn Fawn then I Die Cut a Fancy Scalloped Rectangle Frame also from Lawn Fawn from some Ranger Ink Distress Watercolor Paper!! I decided to go with a Kraft Card Base!! I Stamped and Embossed my Images and then Die Cut them out using the  Coordinating Dies!! I watercolored the Images using my Distress Inks and then added some Nuvo Morning Dew Drops over the Hearts, Bow and Party Hat for a FUN 3-D Texture!! I Stamped and Embossed the Sentiment and added some Pretty Pink Posh Sparkeling Clear Sequins in 8,6 and 4 mm Sizes!! I LOVE LOVE LOVE the way it turned out!!

Next I've made a Sweet Little Gift Card Envelope and it's going to make someone VERY HAPPY!!  I've used some Text Printed Velum and Die Cut the Lawn Fawn Stitched Heart Envelope Die!! I wanted to create more of a Card Holder, than an Envelope so I folded in the Envelope Flap and then Die Cut the Second to Smallest Fancy Scalloped Rectangle Die from Lawn Fawn out of some Distress Watercolor Paper and added it to the (back) Front of my Pocket!! I Stamped and Embossed the Sentiment and then Stamped and Embossed the Pug Image onto Distress Watercolor Paper and the Bow Tie and Die Cut then out using the Coordinating Dies and then Watercolored them using my Distress Inks!! I then added some Red Gel Pen to the Bow and added it to the Pug and my Gift Card Envelope Holder was done!!   =)

Newton's Nook Designs January Release ~ Woodland Duos!! =)

Happy Monday and Welcome to Day 1 of the New Newton's Nook Designs January Release!! Today we're showcasing the New "Woodland Duos" Stamp Set!! This set Coordinates with the Previously Released "Darling Hearts" Die Set!! I LOVE LOVE LOVE these New Images and think you will too!! Let's take a Look at the FULL Stamp Set!!


                           

SQUEAL!! =) I told you!! So SWEET Right!!?? I decided to create a FUN Gift Box!! I started by Die Cutting some Patterned Paper from MFT Lucky Prints Paper Pad and Die Cut the Mama Elephant Gabel Box Die Cut!! I wanted a FUN Background for the Fox Heart Image so I found out that the Smallest of the New Lawn Fawn Fancy Scalloped Rectangle Dies fits PERFECTLY in the Center of the Gabel Box and fits the Heart Images PERFECTLY too!! So I Die Cut it from some White Cardstock!! I wanted a FUN Border at the Bottom of the Scalloped Rectangle so I Die Cut the Lawn Fawn Valentine Border Hearts Die in the Bottom with some Partial Die Cutting!! I Stamped and Embossed the Fox Heart Image onto some Distress Watercolor Paper and used my Distress Ink to Watercolor them!! Then I Die Cut it out using the Coordinating "Darling Hearts" Die Set!! I then added it to the Rectangle Die Cut with some Foam Tape to Pop it up and then added some Glitter Pen to the Pink Hearts for some SPARKLE!! I wanted a SWEET Tag so I used the Lawn Fawn Tiny Tags Die Set and Die Cut the Heart Tag!! I Layered the Center and then Stamped and Embossed the Foxy Sentiment then added the Die Cut Heart!! I Covered it with some Glitter Pen for some SPARKLE too, then attached it to the Gabel Box with some Twine!!   =)  I LOVE the way it turned out and think these would be PERFECT for ANY Gift Giving Occasion or for a Just Because Gift too!!

Newton's Nook Designs Inky Paws #33 Ombre` Challenge!! =)

HELLO & HAPPY FRIDAY!!
WOW!! Is it me or did this week just FLY by!!?? I'm here today to share the card I've made for the New Newton's Nook Designs Inky Paws #33 Ombre` Challenge!! I was SO EXCITED when I saw this Challenge!! I decided to use the SWEET Bird Image from the Darling Duos Stamp Set mixed with the Die Cut Feathers and a Layered Arrow from the Points & Plumes Die Set!!

I Stamped and Embossed the Bird Image and used the Coordinating NND Darling Hearts Die Set to Die Cut it out!! I then used my Copic Markers to Color them in using the Colors of Pinks and Blues!! I added some Shimmer Glaze Pen Dot Details to add some Sparkle!! Then I Die Cut SEVERAL of the Feathers and used the same Colors to Color the Feathers in the same Ombre` Colors!! I wanted to added some Gold like in the Challenge Photo so I Dipped the edges of the Feathers in to some WoW Gold Glitter Embossing Powder!! I LOVE the way they look in real Life!! =) I Layered them together underneath the Bird Image and then Die Cut a Flag Banner from the New Garden Window Die Set and Stamped and Embossed my Sentiment from the NND Flitry Flamingo's Stamp Set using the same WoW Gold Glitter Embossing Powder!! I wanted it to POP off the Image so I Die Cut another Flag Banner in Black Cardstock and layered it behind!! I added the same WoW Gold Glitter Embossing Powder to the Arrows that I Glued together and then added some Foam Tape and mounted it above the Sentiment Flag Banner!! A Few Pretty Pink Posh Sequins Finishes off the Design!!
