SQUEAL!! I'm here with Day 4 of the Newton's Nook Designs August Release 2017!! Today we're Showcasing the "Autumn Newton" Stamp Set and the Coordinating "Autumn Newton" Die Set!! Let's take a Close Up Look at the New Products for today!!

How's READY for the Autumn/Fall Season!!?? These Images are getting me in that Mind Set forsure!! I Created a FUN Window Card Design!! So the Sentiment was Stamped on the Inside of the Card and the Images are on the Outside of the Card!! SO MUCH FUN!!   =)

 

 

I Stamped and Embossed the Images onto some Distress Watercolor Paper and Colored them with Copic Markers!! I added some Tonic Studios Aqua Shimmer Pen and Morning Dew Nuvo Drops to some of the Images to make them POP!! So White Gel Pen Details add the Perfect touch to make the Images come to Life!! For the Card Base I created a Window using the Studio Katia Dotted Ovals Dies!! I LOVE the Simple Dotted Detail, as it mimics the Nail Heads on the Wooden Barrel!! I used Distress Inks to Ink the Background!! Using Masking Tape to Divide the Sky and Ground!! Tumbled Glass was Inked on for the Sky, Gathered Twigs for the Ground, Scattered Straw and Wild Honey for the Fall Sun!! Water Splatters were added for Texture and the Sentiment was Stamped and Embossed on the Fall Sun then Adhered to the Inside of the Card using my Xyron Mega Runner by Teresa Collins!! For the Sky I wanted to add a subtle design!! I Stamped the "Harvest Blessings" Sentiment with some MFT Grey Grout Ink all over the Sky portion of my Card Masking the Ground so it would stay Free from any Stamping!! I used some ColoriQue Paint by Lisa Marie Jimenez in Black Diamond to Splatter on top of the Stamped Sky Background!! I adhered all of the Images to create my FUN Fall Scene and had to SQUEAL in delight!! =)  I LOVE LOVE LOVE the way it turned out!! A few Studio Katia Sequins Scattered on the Background and my Card was done!!

Newton's Nook Designs August Release Day 3 ~ "Knights Quest"!! =)

SQUEAL!! I'm here with Day 3 of the Newton's Nook Designs August Release 2017!! Today we're Showcasing the "Knights Quest" Stamp Set and the Coordinating "Knights Quest" Die Set!! Let's take a Close Up Look at the New Products for today!!

How AWESOME is this Set!!?? I don't know about you, but I'm ALWAYS looking for Masculine Themed Stamp Sets and this one fits the bill perfectly!!

I thought it would be FUN to create my own Patterned Card Base using the Cute Dragon Image!! I Started by Stamping and Embossing the Images onto some Patterned Cardstock!! Then I used the coordinating Dies to Die Cut them out!! I arranged them onto a Distress Watercolored Card Base that I Inked up with Tumbled Glass Distress Ink!! I added Water Splatters for some Texture and arranged the Patterned Paper Dragon/Fire Die Cuts!! Then I Stamped and Embossed the Arrows in all of the open areas!! I Colored the Patterned Cardstock with Copic Markers to add some life to the Images!! Some Tonic Studio Aqua Shimmer Pen and Morning Dew Nuvo Drops were added for some Sparkle and Texture!! I Stamped and Embossed the Sentiment onto a Circle Die Cut and then added some Tumbled Glass Distress Ink to make it POP!! I backed it with a Black Cardstock Die Cut and attached it to my Card with some Foam Tape!!  A few White Gel Pen Details and some Black Nuvo Drops finish off the Card Design!! It was SO FUN to create I hope you'll give this a Try for your next Card!!  =)

Newton's Nook Designs August Release Day 2 ~ "Once Upon a Princess"!! =)

SQUEAL!! I'm here with Day 2 of the Newton's Nook Designs August Release 2017!! Today we're Showcasing the "Once Upon a Princess" Stamp Set and the Coordinating "Once Upon a Princess" Die Set!! Let's take a Close Up Look at the New Products for today!!

 How BEAUTIFUL is this Set!!?? I LOVE LOVE LOVE that Newton's Nook Designs is adding to their AMAZING Line of Products and CAN'T WAIT to see what all you create with this New Set!!
I've created 2 Projects for you again today!! I mean really, I just had a BLAST with this New Release!!

 I wanted a FUN Princess Themed Birthday Card so I created the PERFECT Kingdom and I REALLY LOVE the way it turned out!! I used the Sky Borders Die Set to create a Mask and that is what I used to Ink my BEAUTIFUL Cloud Background with Ranger Distress Ink in Tumbled Glass!! I splattered some Water Droplets for texture and then added some Iridescent Star Confetti for a Sprinkle of Princess Beauty!! I Stamped and Embossed the Images and colored them using Copic Markers!! I added some Tonic Studios Aqua Shimmer Pen and Morning Dew Nuvo Drops to make some of the areas POP!! I used the Land Border Die Set to create the Kingdom Land for my Scene and Inked them up using Distress Inks in Peeled Paint and Twisted Citron!! Added some Water Splatters for texture and made a FUN Stoned Path using Gathered Twigs Distress Ink and Stamping and Embossed with the Little Dots Image from the Happy Little Thoughts Stamp Set, using Walnut Stain Distress Ink!! SQUEAL!! I LOVE LOVE LOVE adding little touches like these to my Cards!! I tink they just make the whole scene come alive!!?? What do you think!!?? I think it would also be FUN to use that same Stamp to add a Stone look to the Castle!!?? I also use the Flower Image from the Happy Little Thoughts Stamp Set to Stamp and Emboss some Flowers!! After Stamping and Embossing my Sentiment, my First Card was done!!   =)

 I HAD to create a Shaker Card for my next Card!! If you know me, thenyou KNOW I LOVE to create Interactive Cards!! (They're my FAVORITE)  I started by Die Cutting the Simon Says Stamp Wanky Stitched Heart into my Card Base for my Shaker Window!! Then I used Distress Ink in Tumbled Glass to Ink up the Background!! I Stamped and Embossed the Sentiment and the Hearts!! After Stamping and Embossing the Images, I colored them with Copic Markers and then added some Tonic Studio Aqua Shimmer Pen and Morning Dew Nuvo Drops to add Texture and Shine!! I wanted the Knights Shield to be Decorated so I used the Imaged to Stamp and Emboss and I LOVE the way it turned out!! I added some Sequins and Mini Star Confetti from Pretty Pink Posh, Lucy's Cards and Honey Bee Stamps and my Card was done!! =)

Newton's Nook Designs August Release Day 1 ~ "Believe in Unicorns"!!

SQUEAL!! I'm here with Day 1 of the Newton's Nook Designs August Release 2017!! Today we're Showcasing the "Believe in Unicorns" Stamp Set and the Coordinating "Believe In Unicorns" Die Set!! Let's take a Close Up Look at the New Products for today!!

How AWESOME is this Set!! The Images and the Sentiments can be used for SO MANY Occasions and I've made two Cards to share today!!

 

 

For my First Card I created a FUN Slider Card!! When I saw this Image I thought how AWESOME would it be to make the Unicorn fly over the Rainbow!! I used the MFT End of  the Rainbow Die and paired it with the Sky Borders Die Set!! The Lawn Fawn Slide on Over Die Set was used for the Slider Channel!!  I used MFT Cardstocks to create the Rainbow and Distress Ink in Tumbled Glass to Ink up the Card Base!! Some Water Droplets were added for Texture!! I Colored the Unicorn Image with Copic Markers and added some Tonic Studios Aqua Shimmer Pen and Morning Dew Nuvo Drops for Sparkle and Shine!! I layered the Wing for a 3-D look and a Few Star Confetti Finish off the Card!!

 I've mad a FUN Shaker Card for my Second Card today!! I started by creating my Own Background using the Images from the Set and Stamping and Embossing them!! I added some ColoriQue Black Diamond Splatters for some Texture!! After Stamping and Embossing the Unicorn Image, I colored it with my Copic Markers then added some Tonic Studios Aqua Shimmer Marker and some Morning Dew Nuvo Drops to the Crown on her Backside and the Unicorn Horn!! Some White Gel Pen Freckles and my Unicorn was ready to add to the Shaker Window using Foam Tape!! I Created the Shaker Window by Die Cutting the Avery Elle Burst Die!! I added a Scalloped Circle Window Frame and some Sequins from Taylored Expressions, Pretty Pink Posh and Mini Diamond Gems from Honey Bee Stamps!! For the Background of the Shaker Window I used the Starfield Stencil and some Distress Ink in Tumbled Glass and some Water Splatters to add some Texture!! I Flicked the Tonic Studios Aqua Shimmer Pen over it too and in Real Life the Shimmer is so BEAUTIFUL!! Reall goes with that AWESOME Sentiment I Stamped and Embossed to finish it off!!
