HELLO & HAPPY FRIDAY!!
I'm here with Newton's Nook Designs for the FUN Christmas Favorites Week!! I've used SEVERAL of my FAVORITE Sets to create my FUN Interactive Card for today!! The Pup on the Sled is from our Snow Day stamp set!! Isn't it so cute how he's sliding across the snow hill!!?? I added on a Top Hat from the Flaky Family stamp set and the sign is from the Winter Tails stamp set!!! The Trees in the background are from the Fox Hollow and Whispering Pines stamp sets!!

HELLO and HAPPY FRIDAY!!
WOWOWWOWOW!! Is it Friday already!!??
OMG OMG OMG!! I'm NOT READY!! The week has flown by and I still have LOTS to do before my Surgery on Tuesday, but hopefully this Weekend will be a LONG one and I'll get LOTS done!!??

 

I'm here today to share the FUN Name that Bunny Contest that we are hosting with Newton's Nook Designs!! SQUEAL!! I have ALWAYS LOVED this Sweet Little Bunny and with SPRING approaching its the PERFECT time to give her a Name!! =) I've created Several Projects for today to help get you in the Mood for not only Picking a Name for this Sweet Little Bunny, but also to help get you MOTIVATED and INSPIRED to create!! I hope these Cards help you to do just that!!??

First I've created a FUN Window Card that uses the NND Garden Whimsy Stamp Set!!

SQUEAL!! This set is one of my Favorites!! I LOVE LOVE LOVE ALL of the Images that you can use to create some pretty AMAZING Scenes!! I Water Colored the Images using my Distress Markers and did LOTS of Masking in order to create the Scene!!

For my Next Card I decided to use the SWEET NND Bunny Hop Stamp Set!!

 

This is another one of my FAVORITE Stamp Sets!! Seriously, who doesn't LOVE a Bunny's Butt!!?? SQUEAL!! =) Just makes me HAPPY!! I wanted to create a Sweet Water Colored Scene as the Focal for my Card and then I teamed it with some BEAUTIFUL MFT Plaid Patterned Paper!! PERFECT Pairing for Spring!! =) I used the Silly Stitched Die Set from Lil' Inker Designs for the Card Panel and the Circle I Stamped my Scene on!! I LOVE the way it looks!! =) I used some Clear Wink of Stella Glitter Marker to add some SPARKLE to parts o my Scene!! Then a Sprinkling of Iridescent Sequins finishes off my Card Design!!

 

My Last Card uses SEVERAL NND Stamp Sets to create a REALLY SWEET Spring Scene!!
I Stamped and Embossed ALL of my Images after Masking in order to create a Realistic One Layer (ish) Card!! I used the NND Bunny Hop Stamp Set along with the NND Versatile Vases Stamp Set, NND Winter Tails Stamp Set, and the NND Newton's Daydream Stamp Set!! I used Distress Water Color Paper and Clear WoW Embossing Powder!! Then Distress Markers to Water Color the Images!! Some Clear Wink of Stella Glitter Marker adds just the right amount of SPARKLE!! =) Then just had to add a Fuzzy Pom-Pom for the Bunnies Tail!!

Shark Week ~ "Shark Bites" with Newton's Nook Designs!! =)

First a Card!! I saw this Picture on Pinterest and I thought it would be FUN to create a similar Design!!

I LOVED the Colors and the Feeling and thought it was PERFECT for a Shark Week Card!!?? I started by Die Cutting a Memory Box Cornerstone Seal Die in the Center of a Distress Water Color Card Panel!!  I thought it would make the Perfect Sun, but also with the Pinked Edge I thought it also looked like Shark Teeth too!!?? =) I then Stamped and Embossed my Shark Image in the Center of the Sun Die Cut!! I also Stamped and Embossed another Shark Image onto Distress Water Color Paper and then I used my Distress Water Color Markers to Water Color it!! I Fussy Cut it out and Layered it together using a FUN Spring!!  =) I LOVE how in REAL Life it really looks as though the Shark is Jumping out of the Ocean!! I then Die Cut some Waves and I Stamped one of them using the Stamp Border from the Stamp Set and then I layered it with two Die Cut Waves from the Paper Smooches Waves Die!! I LOVE the Layers and how they are uninform just like real Waves!! I used my Distress Inks to Water Color and Ink my ENTIRE Card Base!! I was SO AFFRAID to add the Dark Colors!! I've used both Black Soot and Hickory Smoke to add to the Depth of the Colors!! I then used my Powder Tool over the Inked Card Base so that I could Stamp and Emboss the Sentiment!! I hope you LIKE it as much as I do!!??  =)

Next I have a Shaker Card!! =) I wanted to make a FUN Shark Shaker Card using several of the Shark Images from the Set!!  =) I used the Simon Says Stamp Stitched Rectangle Dies to create a FUN Frame and then I went to town creating a FUN Scene!! I Stamped and Embossed all of the Images onto Distress Water Color Paper and then used my Distress Inks to Water Color them!! I then added LOTS of Coarse Glitter and Sequins for the Shaker Elements and my Card was done!!

For my Last Card I thought it would be SUPER FUN to create a Card using a Few Older NND Stamp Sets to show how you can combine them with other Sets you might already have to create some FUN Cards!! After looking through them, I decided to use Newton's Summer Vacation Stamp Set along with the Seagulls from the Flirty Flamingos Stamp Set and the Sign from the Winter Tails Stamp Set!! I LOVE the way it turned out!!  =) I thought the Free Hugs Sentiment went well, because you could make this an ANY OCCASION Card!! I thought it would make a FUN Birthday Card with the "Snappy Birthday" Sentiment on the inside or you could use it as a "Hang in There" Card or even a "I'm Thinking of You" Card!!

This set is just TOO Fun to create with!! I thought it would  be FUN to create a Scene so I Stamped and Paper Pieced my Card for today!! I created some layers just for added depth and I LOVE the way it turned out!!
