HELLO CRAFTY FRIENDS!! 

I'm up on the Newton's Nook Designs Blog today sharing this FUN Stenciled Card Design!! I LOVE being able to create FAST and EASY Cards and Stencils are one of my FAVORITE Tools!! I started by Stenciling the Mugs Stencil using some Peacock Feathers Distress Oxide Ink on to a White piece of Cardstock!! Then I added some Black Soot, Candied Apple and Lucky Clover Distress Paint Splatters for some Texture and a POP of Color!!

I added my Sentiment onto a Stitched Circle Die Cut from the Circle Frames Die Set!! I Stamped the Sentiment from the Newton Loves Coffee Stamp Set with Versa Fine Black Onyx Ink and Embossed it with WoW Clear Gloss Embossing Powder!! Then I added a Kraft and Teal Die Cut Circle Frames and a Tiny Doddle Bug Heart to finish off the Sentiment!! I adhered the Tag to my Card panel using some Therm O Web Foam Tape!! 

I Die Cut a Teal Frame from the Frames and Flags Die Set and adhered the Stenciled Panel to the Frame using some Ultra Bond Adhesive!! Then I added to a White Cardbase using some Fun Foam to POP it up off the Card Panel!!

Hello Crafty Friends!! 

I'm up on the Newton's Nook Blog today sharing a SWEET Birthday Brew Card today and I'm also linking up to the Coffee Lovers Blog Hop which ends today!! So if you haven't joined in the FUN for several chances to WIN, you still have today to get your Projects Linked!! 

I started by Stenciling the Mugs Stencil using some Peacock Feathers Distress Oxide Ink on to a Whit piece of Cardstock!! Then I added some Black Soot, Candied Apple and Lucky Glover Distress Paint Splatters for some Texture and a POP of Color!! 

I wanted to add a Tag in a Kraft Cardstock so I Die Cut it using the Fancy Edges Tag Die Set and then used the Same Mugs Stencil to Ink the design using Peacock Feathers Distress Oxide Ink!! I Lined up the Design on the Tag placing it over the Cardstock Pane so that the Design would Line up and look seamless!! I LOVE how the Tag POPS off the Card Panel!! 

I added my Sentiment onto a Stitched Circle Die Cut from the Circle Frames Die Set!! I Stamped the Sentiment from the Newton Loves Coffee Stamp Set with Versa Fine Black Onyx Ink and Embossed it with WoW Clear loss Embossing Powder!! Then I added a Kraft and Teal Die Cut Circle Frames and a Tiny Doddle Bug Heart to finish off the Sentiment!! I adhered the Tag to my Card panel using some Therm O Web Foam Tape!!

I'm pairing it with a Teal Envelope and its ready to send to someone for a VERY Happy Birthday!! I'll be enclosing a Joltin Jo's Gift Card so the recipient can ENJOY some DELICIOUS Coffee or Latte as a SPECIAL TREAT for their Birthday!! If you ever come to McCook you'll definitely want to include a Stop through the Joltin Jo's Drive Through Shop!! It's a FAVORITE of ours and the Boys usually ENJOY the Peach and Strawberry Jet Teas!!

Fall/Winter Coffee Lovers Blog Hop w/ Newton's Nook Designs!!

HELLO CRAFTY FRIENDS!! 

I'm back with another Card using some Newton's Nook Designs Products!! They're GENEROUS Sponsors for the Fall/Winter Coffee Lovers Blog Hop that ends tonight at 11:55 PST!! 

Here's what I've created for today!! 

I wanted to share another idea on how to use those AMAZING NND 4x6 Stamp Set!! Today I'm using the Caffeinated Cats Stamp Set!! 

I wanted to share how you can use this Image to Die Cut any Shape!! I thought this Coffee Die was PERFECT!!  Whether you use a Die Cut Window over the Image, or just Die Cut the Image there are SO many possibilities!! I then used Copic Markers to color the Image in a Brown Color Tone (I used Coffee Cup: E31, E33, E37 and E39) then wanted to add the Sunflower Stamp to help ground the Coffee Cup!! (I used Sunflowers: Y11, Y19 & YR23  E44, E47 & E49 Greenery: YG61, YG63 & YG67) 

I Stamped and Embossed the Sentiment from the Newton Loves Coffee Stamp Set!! Then I coated the center of the Sunflowers with some Nuvo Drops and added some Gold Pretty Pink Posh Jewels to finish off the Design!! I Die Cut a Kraft Frame from the NND Framework Die Set and adhered it to my A2 Card Base!!

Newton's Nook Designs September Release ~ Newton LOVES Coffee!! =)

Hello!!
I'm here to share the First Set for the New Newton's Nook Designs September Release!! Today we're showcasing the New Stamp Set called "Newton LOVES Coffee"!!  
I KNOW you're going to LOVE LOVE LOVE this New Set!!

I've made a Sweet Shaker Card for today!! I just LOVE the Versatility of these Images and CAN'T WAIT to see ALL of the AMAZING ways that these Images are going to be used!! I wanted to create a FUN Scene where it looked like Newton was Drinking SEVERAL Cups of Coffee at once!! LOL!! =) I've Stamped and Embossed ALL of my Images onto some Distress Water Color Paper and I've used a Combination of Distress Markers and Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers to Water Color the Images!! I've added some Clear Wink of Stella Glitter Marker to for some added Sparkle!! I wanted to add some Dimension to the Main Image some I Layered the Cup and Newton's Paw for a 3-D Look!! I used a Lil' Inker Designs Stitched Rectangle Die for my Card Base and then the Circle Shaker Window was made using the MFT Peek-a-Boo Window Die!! All of the Sequins are from Pretty Pink Posh and its a combination of both 4mm and 6mm Sizes!!
