SQUEAL!!

         I'm here with Day 2 of the 

               Newton's Nook Designs February Release 2019!! 

.       Today we're showcasing the NEW  

 "Woodland Spring" Stamp Set + coordinating "Woodland Spring" Die Set!! 

                  Let's take a look at the AWESOME New Products!!

 

SWOON!! Aren't these Images just the SWEETEST!!?? I LOVE them and had to use SEVERAL together to create a Birthday Card!! I wanted to frame them up using a Floral Border so I stamped 6 of the Floral Sprigs and created my own Scalloped Border!! I Stamped and Embossed all of the Images and used Copic Markers to Color them in!! I wanted them to all appear to be Furry, so I colored with different Texture Methods to achieve that look and I REALLY LOVE the way they turned out!! I used the coordinating Dies to Die Cut everything out and then I create my Background!! I used the Negative of the Land Borders Die Set (Grass Die) to create a Mask so I could Ink the Grass using Shabby Shutters and Peeled Paint Distress Inks!! Then I used Tumbled Glass Distress Ink for the Sky!! 

I added the Woodland Animals using Therm O Web iCraft 3D Foam Squares and then added my finishing touches!! Black Nuvo Drops for the Noses, Glitter Nuvo Drops for the Center of the Flowers and White Gel Pen Details for Highlighting and Freckles!! I Stamped and Embossed the Sentiment from the NEW "Loads of Blooms" Stamp Set that was revealed yesterday onto some MFT Grey Gingham Patterned Paper and my Card was finished!!
