HELLO CRAFTY FRIENDS!!

I'm here with Paper Sweeties for the January 2021 Look Back Inspiration Day #2!! 

Today I've made a Teacher Gratitude Card!!  

This year MORE than any other I feel that our AMAZING Teacher's NEED to be Thanks and Celebrated for ALL that they are doing in these trying times!!  

Here's what I've created for today!!

Planner Series: All Occasions

I wanted to Showcase the Planner Series Sets as they are ALL on SALE and are FULL of some AMAZING and VERSATILE Images!! In fact, SEVERAL of the Planner Sets include some of my MOST used Images!! Once these Planner Series Set are GONE, they're GONE FOREVER!! So if you see anything you like you better SNAG them up!! 😉 

I Stared by Stamping the Background Panel using the Ruler Image from the I'm So Proud of You Stamp Set with some TE Sea Salt Ink!! Next I Die Cut 4 of the Smallest Square Scalloped  Frames from some Black Cardstock and spaced them equally on the top part of the Card Panel!! 

I wanted to add some Distress Oxide Ink to the inside of the Frames to make them POP!! I used and Ink Dauber and applied some Tumbled Glass Distress Oxide Ink!! I then added some Black Soot Distress Paint Splatters for some extra Texture!! Then I Stamped and Embossed the Apple Images from the Planner Series All Occasion Stamp Set!! I inked with Versa Fine Black Onyx Ink and then Embossed with WoW Embossing Powder in Clear Gloss!! Then I colored them in with Copic Markers!! 

I used: Apple: R14, R37 & R39   Leaf: YG03 & YG17  

I wanted to add another Black Cardstock Square Scalloped Frame to help build up the Frames for some more Dimension, so I Die Cut 4 more frames and adhered them to the other Frames!! 

I added a White Gel Pen Highlight and then I Stamped and Embossed the Sentiment!! 

I wanted to add some Sparkle so I masked off the BEST Word and Embossed with some WoW Red Glitz Embossing Powder!! I Embossed the rest of the Sentiment with WoW Clear Gloss Embossing Powder!! 

I LOVE the way it turned out and hope I've given you some Ideas on ways to create some SWEET Teacher Cards to show your Appreciation for ALL that they do!!

I've created a Set of Mini 3x3 Gift Cards using the 

NEW Planner Series: All Occasions Stamp Set & 

coordinating Planner Series: All Occasions Die Set!!

Here's what I've created for today!! 

I Started by creating my 3X3 Card Bases from Kraft Cardstock and then I Die Cut some 3x3 Card Front Panels!! Then I Stamped & Embossed my Sentiments!! I used the For You Stamp Set, along with the Congrats Stamp Set!! I wanted to Stamp and Emboss the Images onto Patterned Paper and I used the Lawn Fawn Plaid 6x6 Pad!! I Then DIe CUt the Images form the Front of the Card Panels and backed the Images behind!! I used Foam Tape to pop them up off the Card Bases and then added some Flower Sequin Details for a touch of Sparkle!! I LOVE how they turned out!!

         I'm here with Day 3 of the 

               Newton's Nook Designs February Release 2019!! 

.       Today we're showcasing the NEW  

"Spring Pile Up" Stamp Set + "Puppy Pals" Stamp Set + coordinating Die Sets!! 

Let's take a look at the AWESOME New Products!!

For my Card I wanted to create a FUN Spring Pile adding Newton to the Mix!! 

The Newton Image along with the Chicks are from the NEW "Newton's Peeps" Stamp Set showcased yesterday!! I Stamped and Embossed ALL of the Images, colored them with Copic Markers and then Die Cut them out using the coordinating Dies!! For my Background I used the NEW "Bohke" Stencil Set along with Tumbled Glass and Cracked Pistachio Distress Inks!! Its subtle, but I LOVE the way it looks in real life!! I used the NND Land Borders Die Set for the Grass and Distress Inks in Shabby Shutters and Peeled Paint!! For the Sentiment I Stamped and Embossed it masking parts of it and I used WoW Glitter Embossing Powder for some Sparkle!! 

I LOVE this SWEET Image and I wanted to create a Scene!! Greyson has the SWEETEST Lil' Friend named Charlotte (they've been Friends since Birth) who's birthday is coming up and he wanted a Card for her!! 

So he helped me come up with the Design concept, and he just let me make it!! I Stamped and Embossed the Image, colored it with Copic Markers and used the coordinating Die to Die Cut it out!! I also used the NND Forest Scene Building Die Set for the Birch Trees and Inked them using some Gathered Twigs Distress Ink and the Blue Bird is also from the Set, using Copic Markers to Color it in!!  I used the NND Land Borders Die Set for the Grass and Distress Inks in Shabby Shutters and Peeled Paint!! A few Heart Embellishments from Honey Bee Stamps finishes it off!! I also had to add Then I backed the Panel using the NND Frameworks Die Set!! I LOVE the way it turned out and I think Charlotte is going to CHERISH it!!

         I'm here with Day 3 of the 

               Newton's Nook Designs February Release 2019!! 

.       Today we're showcasing the NEW  

 "Newton's Peeps" Stamp Set + coordinating "Newton's Peeps" Die Set!! 

                  Let's take a look at the AWESOME New Products!!

 

How SWEET are these Images!!?? As soon as I saw this set I KNEW I wanted to combine it with some of my FAVORITE Images from the NND Bitty Bunnies Stamp Set and the Sentiment from the Newton's Easter Basket Stamp Set!! I Stamped and Embossed the Images and used Copic Markers to Color them in!! I used the coordinating Dies to Die Cut them out!! For my Background I used Distress Inks in Tumbled Glass, Spun Sugar and Milled Lavender for a BEAUTIFUL Spring Feeling!! I Die Cut the Grass using the NND Land Borders Dies and used Distress Inks in Shabby Shutters and Peeled Paint!! I Stamped and Embossed the Sentiment onto the Panel and then Stamped and Embossed the "Peep! Peep! Peep!" with WoW Purple Glitter Embossing Powder!! I adhered the Images and then adhered everything to a NND Frames & Flags Die Cut Scalloped Rectangle!! I LOVE the way it turned out and I can't wait to send it to a SWEET Friend!!

Newton's Nook Designs February Release 2019 ~ Loads of Blooms, Flower Trio, Bold Blooms & Bokeh!! =)

         I'm here with Day 1 of the 

               Newton's Nook Designs February Release 2019!! 

.       Today we're showcasing the NEW  

 "Loads of Blooms" Stamp Set + coordinating "Loads of Blooms" Die Set, the "Flower Trio" Die Set, the "Bold Blooms" Stencil and the "Bokeh" Stencil Set!!

                  Let's take a look at the AWESOME New Products!!

 What do you think!!?? SWOON Worthy RIGHT!!?? I AGREE!! I LOVE the New Bold Blooms Stencil and there are SO MANY ways you can use it!! For my first Card I decided to use Distress Inks (Dried Marigold, Ripe Persimmon, Spun Sugar, Picked Raspberry, Milled Lavender, Dusty Concord, Tumbled Glass, Bundled Sage, Wild Honey, Tattered Rose and Abandoned Coral)

 I LOVE the NEW 1/2 inch Purple Tape by Therm O Web!! It's PERFECT for ALL of my Stenciling needs!! I used it to hold down my Distress Watercolor Paper and then placed the Stencil over the top and used a few small pieces of Purple Tape to hold it in place while I inked up the different Flowers!! Once the Inking was done I used my Nuvo Glitter Pen to color oved all of the Flowers with the Stencil!!

 SWOON!! Just Look at that BEAUTIFUL Shimmer on those Pastel Flowers!!

 Next I used the Deco FOil Transfer Gel and my Palette Knife to add the Transfer Gel over the top of the Stencil and Inked Flowers!! I LOVE the texture of the Transfer Gel, as it goes on so EASY!!

 Here's a close up of the Dimension it adds, and you can see ALL of the BEAUTIFUL Color popping through!! Set aside to Dry!! You'll know its completely dry when its Clear and no longer Milky looking!!

 I Stamped and Embossed the Sentiment from the NEW "Loads of Blooms" Stamp Set onto a NND Frames & Flags Die Cut and then adhered the Dry Stenciled and Deco Foil Transfer Gel Panel onto a Frames & Flags Scalloped Panel that I Die Cut from some Cardstock!! I added some Nuvo Glitter Drops to the Center of the Flowers just to add even more Sparkle and in real life its SUPER Pretty!!

For my next Card I used the Bold Bloom Stencil again for my Background, but this time I used it over Kraft Cardstock and I used some White Pigment Ink to stencil it!! I added some Dark Espresso Distress Ink to the edges of the Frames & Flags Scalloped Panel to make them POP!! I Stamped and Embossed the SWEET Bicycle Image from the NEW "Loads of Blooms" Stamp Set and colored it in using Copic Markers!! I just ADORE the Images in this Set!! So Many occasions they could be used for!! I adhered the Image onto a Circle Die Cut that I inked using Distress Inks to create a Mini Scene!! Some Nuvo Glitter Drops were added to the Center of the Flowers and I stamped and Embossed the sentiment onto the Stenciled Panel!! 

For my last Card today I used the AWESOME New Flower Trio Die Set and Die Cut the Daisy Die from some Taylored Expressions Marshmallow (White) Felt and then used the Leaf Die and Die Cut them from some Taylored Expressions Moss Green Felt!! I wanted FULL Flowers, so I Die Cut 3 Flowers for each Flower!! I like odd # so I also cut 3 Leaves!! I used Yellow Buttons and added some Burlap Twine for the Button Holes!! 

For the Background I Stamped the Happy Blooming Birthday Sentiment from the NEW "Loads of Blooms" Stamp Set and on a Diagonal in MFT Gray Grout Ink!! Then I added some Distress Black Soot Paint and added some Iridescent Jewels for some Sparkle!! I Die Cut a NND Frames & Flags Scalloped Panel and inked the edges with Dark Espresso Distress Ink!! 

I LOVE the way it turned out and I CAN'T WAIT to play with some of the other ideas in my head!!
