HELLO CRAFTY FRIENDS!! 

Welcome to Day 3 of the Newton's Nook Designs March Release!! Toady we are Showcasing the NEW Spring Blooms Oval Stamp Set and coordinating Oval Frames Die Set!!
Here's a Look at the NEW Products!!

SWOON!! I LOVE this NEW Set and the BEAUTIFUL Design!! It's PERFECT for so many Techniques!! Here's what I've created for today!! 

I Started by Die Cutting a Piece of the NEW Spring Blooms Patterned Paper for the Card Panel using the Scalloped Rectangle Frame from the Frames and Flags Die Set!! 

Next I Stamped and Embossed the Image onto some Distress Watercolor Cardstock using some Versa Mark Ink and WoW Bright White Embossing Powder!! Then I Watercolored the Image using my Karin Brushmarker Pro Watercolor Markers!! Then I Fussy Cut the Oval out and adhered it to a Die Cut Oval Scalloped Frame from some Distress Watercolor Cardstock using the coordinating Oval Frames Die Set!! 

I Stamped and Embossed the Sentiment into the center of the Oval Frame using Versa Mark Ink and WoW Bright White Embossing Powder!! Then I added some Spellbinders AB Aurora Gems for a Touch of Sparkle!! I Adhered the Oval Frame to the Card Panel using Foam Tape for some Dimension and then adhered the Card Panel to the A2 White Cardstock Cardbase also using Foam Tape for Dimension!!

CAS Christmas Card for the 25 Days of Christmas w/ Paper Sweeties!!

Hello Crafty Friends!! 

We're sharing Holiday Inspiration Projects for 25 days over at Paper Sweeties from December 1st through the 25th!!  Click HERE to check out what the talented Design Teamies have created to help spark your creativity!!

Today I've created a BEAUTIFUL CAS Holiday Card!! Easy to create for any last minute Cards you might need to make, and packs a PUNCH with the White Embossed Card Panel!! It's hard to get the FULL affect in the Photos but in real life it REALLY adds alot of Texture to the otherwise Simple Card Design!! Let's get Started!! 

I Started by Stamping and Embossing the front of my Card Panel with words "Merry, Joy & Noel" from the Merry Stamp Set!! I Stamped with WoW Clear Embossing Ink using my MISTI Stamping Tool in order to just move my Card Panel up and down until the entire Panel was Inked then I used WoW Embossing Powder in Bright White and Heat Set the Panel!! Its hard to see in the Photos, but in real life it adds such an Elegant Feel to the Card!! Then I Die Cutting the Tree from the Stitched Tags #2 Die Set from the Embossed Card Panel!! I wanted to inlay the Die Cut Tree with some Plaid Patterned Paper, as I LOVE the Stitched Detailing around the edges of the Tree!! I used the NEW Photoplay 6x6 Tulla & Norbert's Christmas Party Paper Pad!! I Die Cut the Bow from the set from some Taylored Expressions Gold Glitter Felt and added a Mini Metallic Red Jingle Bell to the center of the Bow for a POP of Color using some Zots Bling Mini Glue Dots!! I LOVE them for attaching Small Elements to my Cards and I KNOW they won't go anywhere during the Shipping Process!!

CAS-ual Fridays Stamps April 2021 Release ~ Big Thanks Duo!!

HELLO CRAFTY FRIENDS!! 

I'm here with Day 3 of the CAS-ual Fridays Stamps April 2021 Release!! Today we're showcasing the NEW Big Thanks Duo Stamp Set and coordinating Die Set!! 

How FUN is this NEW Set and the Die Set!!??

Here's what I've created for today!! 

I Stamped and Embossed the Stamp Set with WoW Clear Embossing Ink and then Embossed with WoW Bright White Embossing Powder!! Then Heat Set it and Inked with Distress Oxide Ink in Wilted Violet!! I concentrated more color towards the center of the Flowers and I LOVE how BEAUTIFUL this Image is Embossed!! 

I Die Cut a Stitched Circle and Inked with Distress Oxide Ink in Wilted Violet!! Then I Stamped and Embossed the "THANKS" Sentiment with WoW Embossing Ink and Embossed with WoW Bright White Embossing Powder!! Then I Stamped the "Lovely Friend" Sentiment with some Distress Oxide Ink in Wilted Violet!! 

I added some Iridescent Sequins and Trinity Stamps Fairy Rocks Rhinestones and adhered the Sentiment Circle to my Card Panel with Foam Tape!! Then I paired it with a TE Lavender Glaze A2 Envelope!! 

It's ready to send to someone SPECIAL!!

Newton's Nook Designs November 2020 Winter Release ~ Snowman Greetings!!

HELLO CRAFTY FRIENDS!! 

I'm here with Day 1 of the 

Newton's Nook Designs November Winter Release!! 

Today we're showcasing the NEW "Snowman Greetings" Stamp Set + coordinating Snowman Greetings Dies!!

Let's take a look at the AWESOME New Set!!

SWOON!! If you're like me Snowmen are a FAVORITE during the Winter Months and this Set is going to be one of my NEW FAVORITES for my Winter Projects!!! 

  Here's what I've created for today!!

I Started by Stamping and Embossing the SWEET NEW Snowman Greetings Image with Versa Fine Black Onyx Ink and WoW Clear Gloss Embossing Powder!! 

Then I Colored it in with Copic Markers!! 
Snowman: BG000 & BG00    Hat: C3, C5 & C8    

Turquoise: BG10, BG45 & BG49    

Red: R14, R37 & R39    Orange: YR00, YR18, YR68     

Wood Sign: E11, E13 & E19

Then I Die Cut the Image out using the coordinating NEW Snowman Greetings Die Set!!       

I Die Cut my Card Panel from some White Cardstock and then I used some Purple Tape to Mask off the Ground and Inked with some Tumbled Glass Distress Oxide Ink for the Sky!! I added some Water Splatters and then removed the Mask and Masked off the Sky inking up the Ground with some Hickory Smoke Distress Oxide Ink!! Then I Stamped and Embossed some Snowflakes using the Images in the Set with some WoW Embossing Ink and some WoW Bright White Embossing Powder using my WoW Dual Speed Embossing Tool to Emboss them!! Then I added some Iridescent Jewels to the center of the Snowflakes for a touch of Sparkle!! 

I Die Cut the Scalloped Rectangle Frame from some MFT Dot Patterned Paper using the Frames & Flags Die Set and adhered the Card Panel to the Frame using some Ultra Bond Adhesive!! I added some White Gel Pen details to the Snowman Greetings Image and added some Black Glaze Pen to the Eyes of the Snowman, the Buttons on the Snowman and the Eye of the Cardinal!! I used a Midas Touch Shimmer Pen to the Carrot Noise, the Heart on the Hat and the Beak on the Cardinal!! Then I applied some Nuvo Drops in Morning Dew for some Dimension and Shine!! 

I Stamped and Embossed the Sentiment onto the Wooden Sign using Versa Fine Black Onyx Inka and WoW Clear Gloss Embossing Powder!! Then I applied the Snowman to the Card Panel using some Therm O Web Foam Tape!! Then I paired it with a TE Cherry Pop Envelope and its ready to give this Holiday Season!!

These Sets are part of the Sweet Kits Quarterly CLUB … read all about member benefits HERE!! Here's a snapshot of the FUN Goodies contained in this months quarter’s kit:

 I created two Cards using the Embossing Folder that comes in the Kit along with the Images!! After Embossing the Bicycle onto my Card Panel I then inked over the top with an Ink Dauber to color the Embossed Bicycle!! I wanted it to be light so that the Stamped Images would POP!! 

I added some Black Soot Paint Splatters and the Sentiments where Stamped onto Black Cardstock with Versa Marks Ink and WoW Bright White Embossing Powder!! I LOVE the contrast and think this design would be PERFECT for ANY Occasion just by changing the sentiment!!
