A Little Hello Card with Newton's Nook Designs!!

HELLO CRAFTY FRIENDS!!

Today I'm up on the Newton's Nook Designs Blog sharing an GORGEOUS Spring Card card featuring the Tulips Stamp Set and coordinating Tulips Die Set, Hyacinth Stamp Set, Spring Blooms Paper Pack and the Circle Frames Die Set!! SQUEAL!! I just ADORE how all of these products work together and I hope it INSPRES you to combine some of your FAVORITE Products together!! Let's get started!!

I Started by Stamping and Embossing the Tulips and Butterfly from the Tulips Stamp Set!! I Stamped with Versa Fine Black Onyx Ink and WoW Clear Gloss Embossing Powder!! Then I used Copic Markers to Color the Images!! 

Yellow: Y00, Y13 & YR23       Green: YG61, YG63 & YG67

Purple: V00, V15 & V09        Grey: N0 & N3

Then I used the coordinating Tulips Die Set to Die Cut the Images out!! I used a White Gel Pen to add some Highlights to the Images!! 

Next I Cut the BEAUTIFUL Tulip Pattern Paper from the Spring Blooms Paper Pack to create my Card Panel!! Then I Die Cut the Green Pattern Paper also from the Spring Blooms Paper Pack using the Circle Frames Die Set!! I Die Cut some White Cardstock using the same Circle Frames Die Set and Inked it using some Salvaged Patina and Peeled Paint Distress Oxide Inks to create my Background!! Then I Adhered the Tulip and Butterfly Images!! I Stamped and Embossed the Sentiment from the Hyacinth Stamp Set using WoW Clear Gloss Embossing Powder and then adhered it to some Circle Frames using the same pattern Paper!! I added some Trinity Stamps Rhinestones to finish off the Design and I LOVE the way this GORGEOUS Spring Card turned out!!

Newton’s Nook Designs Feature: Day 4 ~ Bunny Silhouettes Die Set!!

Welcome to Release Feature Week for the Newton's Nook Designs ~ February Release!! Today I'm sharing a Happy Spring Card hat I've made using the NEW Springtime Bunnies Stamp Set, NEW Bunny Silhouettes Die Set and the NEW Happy Easter Paper Pack!!

SQUEAL!! How SWEET is this NEW Bunny Silhouettes Die Set!?? There are so many FUN ways to use these Dies!! If you enjoy trying different Techniques there are LOTS of ways you can use these Dies with different Techniques!! 

I Started by Die Cutting 5 Bunnies from White Cardstock and then I Inked then with some Hickory Smoke Distress Oxide Ink for some Shading!! I wanted some Sparkly Bunny Tails, so I inked some Cardstock with some Seedless Preserves Distress Oxide Ink and then I coated it with some WoW Neutral Ultra Shimmer Embossing Glitter!! SWOON!! It’s the PERFECT finish!! Then I Die Cutting the Tails and adhered them to the Bunnies!! 

Next I Stamped and Embossed my Sentiment onto the Card Panel base using some Seedless Preserves Distress Oxide Ink and Versa Fine Black Onyx Ink and Embossing with some WoW Neutral Ultra Shimmer Embossing Glitter!! Then I Cut down some of the NEW Happy Easter Pattern Paper that I added some Black Soot Distress Paint Splatters and let dry completely!! Then I adhered it to the top of my Card Panel using some Foam Tape for some Dimension!! Then I adhered the Bunnies using some Foam Tape for even more Dimension and I just LOVE how this turned out!! I think you could create a FUN Set of these Cards by using all of the different Silhouettes for a different look to each card, but using the same design idea!! I even think this design would be FUN for some Gift Tags too!! Especially for a NEW Baby Design!!

Rejoice in Spring Card with Newton's Nook Designs!!

Hello Crafty Friends!!

I'm up on the Newton's Nook Designs Blog today with a BEAUTIFUL Spring Card using the NEW Daisies Die Set!! SWOON!! Daisies are my FAVORITE Flower and I LOVE Die Cutting!! There are so many FUN Ways to use this De Set to create Cards for ANY Occasion and I hope my Card INSPIRE you!! 

I Started by Die Cutting 6 Daisies and 10 Leaves all from White Cardstock!! I used Distress Oxide Inks to add Color to them using some Hickory Smoke for the Daisies and then Twisted Citron and Rustic Wilderness for the Leaves!! 

I added some Spun Sugar and Milled Lavender Distress Oxide Inks to the Centers of of the Daisies and then I added some WoW Neutral Shimmer Glitter Embossing Powder to the Centers of the Flowers!! I LOVE the Iridescent Sparkle it adds to the Daisies!! Then I adhered some Trinity Stamps Black Eyed Baubles to the center of the Daisies to finish them off!! 

Next I worked on the Card Panel Die Cutting White Cardstock and then I Die Cut some of the Pastel Basics Paper to the top of the Panel!! I added some Black Soot Distress Paint Splatters and then Stamped and Embossed the "Rejoice in Spring" Sentiment from the Easter Lily Stamp Set using Versa Fine Black Onyx Ink and Embossed with WoW Clear Gloss Embossing Powder!! I adhered the Daisies and Leaves and finished the design off with some Trinity Stamps Fairy Rock Rhinestones!! The Iridescent Sparkle coordinates with the Iridescent Sparkle from the Daisy Centers!!  

So there you have it, a BEAUTIFUL Spring Card using several of my FAVORITE Newton's Nook Designs Products!! I LOVE how BEAUTIFUL the Daisies turned out!! I hope this has you as EXCITED about those First Spring Daisies as I am!!??
