I also Die Cut the from some Dark Turquoise Cardstock and then I adhered the Deco Foiled Bookmark to the Cardstock Bookmark!! I masked off the Bottom of the Bookmark and placed the NEW NEW Music Notes Stencil over the Top of the Bookmark and Inked with some Peacock Feathers Distress Oxide Ink!! I LOVE the tone-on-tone Design!!

Then I Stamped and Embossed the NEW Newton's Mix Tape Image using Versa Fine Black Onyx Ink and Embossed with WoW Clear Gloss Embossing Powder!! Then I colored the Image with Copic Markers!!
Brown: E40, E43 & E47    Pink: R22     Grey: N0, N3 & N6
Turquoise: BG10, BG45 & BG49      Purple: V00, V09 & V15
Then I Die Cut the Image out using the coordinating NEW Newton’s Mix Tape Die Set!! I adhered the Image to the Bookmark and then added some Trinity Stamps Rhinestones for some added Sparkle!!
I created some FUN Tassels using some Embroidery Thread and then I attached them to the top of the Bookmark using a Swiveling Clasp!! I LOVE how this turned out and I hope it INSPIRES you to create some RAD Bookmarks too!!

HELLO CRAFTY FRIENDS!!

Welcome to Release Feature Week for the Newton's Nook Designs ~ February Release!! Today I'm sharing a SWEET Thank You Card that I've made using the NEW Card Layout 6 Die and coordinating NEW Corner Flip Die Set!!
SQUEAL!! How AMAZING are these NEW Products for today!! NND has so many Products that will coordinate with NEW Dies!! If you know me then you know I LOVE to create Shaker Cards, and I’ll definitely be using this NEW Card Layout 6 Die to create a Shaker Card so stay tuned for that, but here’s what I’ve created for today!!
I started by Die Cutting the BEAUTIFUL Bunny Tails Pattern Paper from the NEW Happy Easter Paper Pack using the NEW Card Layout 6 Die!! I added some Black Soot Distress Paint Splatters and then let it dry!! Then I Die Cut some Blue Polka Dot Pattern Paper using the same Die and I repeated it again with some White Cardstock!! I adhered the Bunny Tails Pattern Paper to the inside of the White Cardstock Frame and then adhered the Blue Polka Dot Paper using some Foam Tape for Dimension!! There are so many FUN ways you can add dimension and interest with this layout!!
Next I Die Cut some White Cardstock using the NEW Bunny Silhouettes Die Set and I Inked the Bunny Image with some Smoked Hickory Distress Oxide Ink for some dimension and shading!! Then I adhered it to the center of the Blue Polka Dot Paper with some Foam Tape for some dimension!! Then I Die Cut some Black Cardstock using the Banner Trio Die Set and Stamped and Embossed the “Thanks So Much” sentiment from the Floral Roundabout Stamp Set using Versa Mark Ink and embossing with WoW Bright White Embossing Ink!! Then I adhered the Banner to the Card Panel using Foam Tape for Dimension!! I finished off the design by adding some Trinity Stamps Milk Glass Rhinestones!!

HELLO CRAFTY FRIENDS!!

Today I'm up on the Newton's Nook Designs Blog sharing an adorable Snowy Thank You card featuring the Snowman Postage Sampler Stamp Set!! SQUEAL!! I just ADORE this Set!! Not only are the Images Absolutely Darling, but they can be used for so many Techniques!! Let's get started!!

To begin, I used the ADORABLE Little Snowmen and Snowflake Images from the Snowman Postage Sampler Stamp Set to create a fun background!! I Stamped and Embossed the different Snowmen Images all over the Card Panel background stamping in Versa Fine Black Onyx Ink and Embossed them with WoW Clear Gloss Embossing Powder!! Then I used Distress Oxide Inks in Salvaged Patina, Kitsch Flamingo and Milled Lavender to stamp the different Snowflakes to fill in the empty spaces!! I then Embossed the Snowflakes using WoW Neutral Ultra Shimmer Embossing Glitter and the Iridescent Glitter coordinates so well with these Colors!! SWOON!! In real Life the Iridescent Sparkle reminds me of the Glittering Ground after a Fresh Snowfall!! Brings ALL of the Winter Feels!!

Next, I Die Cut two hearts using the Heart Frames Die Set!! One heart was cut from White Cardstock and the other was cut using a Blue Polka Dot Pattern Paper from the Pastel Basics Paper Pad!! I Stamped and Embossed two more snowmen!! I Inked the Small Stitched Heart with some Salvaged Patina Distress Oxide Ink and then I added some Rock Candy Glitter for the Snow!! Then I adhered the 2 Snowmen with some Foam Tape for Dimension after Die Cutting them out using the coordinating Snowman Postage Sampler Die Set!! I adhered the Stitched Heart to the center of the Scalloped Heart and Adhered it to the Stamped and Embossed Card Panel using Foam Tape for even more Dimension!!

Next I added a banner under the heart to hold the sentiment!! I Die Cut the banner from some Light Turquoise Cardstock using the A7 Frames & Banners Die Set and then Stamped and Embossed the "Thank so Much" sentiment  using the Daffodils Stamp Set!! I adhered it to the bottom of the Scalloped Heart Focal!!

I Finished off the Design by adhering some Trinity Stamps Rock Candy Rhinestones and the added Iridescent Sparkle just ties everything together!! SWOON!! I LOVE the ay this Card turned out!! All of Iridescent Sparkle and Shine just really adds to the Winter Feeling and those Images just make me HAPPY!!

I hope this Card INSPIRES You today to create some Thank You Cards so you have them on hand and ready to send when you need to tell someone SPECIAL THANKS for ALL they do!!
