HELLO!!
I'm here today with Newton's Nook Designs NEW Inky Paws Challenge #48 ~ Create a project using Stripes!! I've created a BEAUTIFUL Sunset Ocean themed Project using Stripes of Distress Inks and I LOVE LOVE LOVE the way it turned out!!

 

Are you ready to get your paws inky with us and play along to win a prize? I used the AWESOME Paradise Palms Stamp Set to create my Island Scene in the Background!! I Stamped and Embossed the Images and then used Spiced Marmalade, Abandoned Coral and Royal Velvet to Ink the Background!! Then I Die cut the Sky Border Die to create an Ocean Wave!! I used Tumbled Glass, Picked Pistachio and Ocean for the Ocean Stripes!! I added some Water Droplets for Texture and then I Stamped and Embossed the Shark Image, Stamped some Fish Schools in coordinating Distress Inks and Stamped and Embossed my Sentiment all from the Shark Bites Stamp Set and my Island Sunset Themed Card was Done!! Happy Holidays Watercolored Card with Mint Owl Studio!! =)

Hello Friends!! 

I'm up on the Mint Owl Studio Blog today sharing a SWEET Holiday Card using the New Trim the Tree Stamp Set along with the Holly from the Dear Santa Stamp Set!! SQUEAL!! I LOVE LOVE LOVE these New Images and CAN'T WAIT to share what I've made!!

I Stamped and Embossed the Images onto some Distress Watercolor Paper and then used my Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers to watercolor the Images!! I've used (047 May Green, 033 Persian Green, 022 Carmine & 024 Wine Red for the Holly, 034 Dull Blue, 030 Blue & 033 Persian for the Blue Ornament, 063 Ochre & 067 Mustard for the Ornament Toppers, 027 Dark Pink & 070 Orange for the Pink Ornament, 082 Purple & 042 Turquoise Green for the Purple Ornament) I then Stamped and Embossed some of the Pine Leaves for the Top of the Card and then added some Watercolor for the Leaves and some Splatters for some Texture!! A Sprinkling of Sequins and a Stamped and Embossed Sentiment and my Card was done!!

Happy Friday and a Holiday Weekend too!! =)  WHOOP WHOOP!!
It gives me one EXTA Day free from my 7th Chemo Treatment too!! YIPPEE!! =)
Only one more left after my Treatment on Tuesday!! I'm SO EXCITED!! =)
So I'm sharing a FUN Rainbow-ish Card that I made using my Honey Bee Stamps!! I've Stamped and Embossed my Image from the
Zen Bouquet Stamp Set onto some Lawn Fawn Plaid Paper and then layered Guava, Sunflower, Fake Tan and Mermaid Lawn Fawn Cardstock to create a FUN Rainbow Layered piece for the Top on my Card!! Then I Stamped and Embossed the Sentiment from the Color My World Stamp Set!! Then I added some Sequins from the Spring Blossom Sequin Set and some of the Mini Diamonds for a touch of Sparkle!!  I LOVE the way it turned out!!

Sweet Little Pig and 3-D Basket with Simon Says Stamp!! =)

I saw that the challenge over on both the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge Blog and the Simon Says Monday Challenge Blog was FUN with Felt!! =) SQUEAL!! I LOVE LOVE LOVE Felt!! I have been creating up a storm using the Simon Says Stamps Plush Party Bunny Wafer Die Set along with Plush Spring Time Basket Wafer Die Set and the Mini Flower and Leaves Wafer Die Set!! I've been having FUN altering the Die Cuts to create some other projects to get MORE out of my Dies!! I just LOVE being able to use them for SO MANY different things!! =) So I created a Sweet Little Pig along with a Larger 3-D Basket for my Niece to carry her Sweet Little Pig around in from some October Afternoon Fabrics and some Felt!! =) For the Pig I Die Cut ALL of my Pieces and then just made the ears alittle smaller!! I Stitched it altogether and then added the Mini Flowers to the her Ear!! I used the Button Die Cut from some Soft Pink/Peach Felt from WPlus9 for the Pigs Nose and Stitched it too the Face of the Pig!! For the Basket I drew out a Pattern using the Spring Time Basket Die to create a 3-D Basket!! Here's a Picture of the Pattern I made!!

It's SUPER EASY to create and then I used the Die to Cut out the Fabric Pieces from the October Afternoon Fabric and then used the Pattern I made to Cut my Felt Pieces out to create the Shape and the Liner of my Basket!! I like to double it up just to make it more stable, but you could totally just do this in a Single Layer if you want!! Then I Stitched it up and added the Handle also included in the Set!! I layered this up as well and again I did it to make it more sturdy so it could stand up to LOTS of Wear and Tear from Raelee!! =)

Lab-Adore You a Happy Birthday w/ Newton's Nook Designs!! =)

I'm up on the Newton's Nook Designs Blog today and I CAN'T WAIT to share my card for today!! I've used the Fetching Friendship Stamp Set!!

I wanted to create a FUN Shaker Card and I needed a Birthday Card for a Sweet Friend who has a Chocolate Lab!! I thought it would be fitting to make a Card with a Dog that looked like her "Sara"!! I think I recreated her PERFECTLY!!??  =) I used my Distress Markers along with my Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers to Watercolor everything on Distress Watercolor Paper!! I then Paper Pieced a Bandana Styled Neck Tie!! I thought it would be NEAT to used the Simon Says Stamp "Happy Birthday Circle Die" around the Window and I thought it made it look like Sun Rays!!?? So I went with it and used some Distress Ink in Mustard Seed to Color the Shaker Window and then I added some Martha Stewart Heart Glitter and some Glitter Shaving then I added a Little Clear Wink of Stella Glitter Marker for some Sparkle and my Card was done!!

Simon Says Stamp Gum Ball Shaker Cards and Sweet Heart Tag/Shaker Tags!! =)

HELLO!!
I wanted to share some of the SWEET Valentine's Day Projects I've been creating using some of my NEW Simon Says Stamp Products!! I just LOVE so MANY of them, but I had to just pick a few and I thought it would be FUN to show how AWESOME the Gum Ball Shaker Die Set from the Shake It Up Release is to use!!  I just LOVE it!!

    


    
I also used the NEW Sweet Heart Tag Die to die cut the FUN Heart Gum Ball Pieces for my Shakers!! I thought it would be NEAT to have the different sizes and then I also did the different colors to make it even more SPECIAL!! My sentiments are from two different SSS Stamp Sets
Favorite Flowers and Only Have Eyes for You!! I used some Gold Foil Paper and some My Mind's Eye Gold Glitter Paper to die cut some of the pieces!! I have been HOARDING the Crate Paper Open Book Dictionary Gold Foiled Vellum and I thought it would make the PERFECT background for my Card!! I also mixed things up alittle to show that you can use the dies to create different Gum Ball Machines!! Just because it is made for a certain design doesn't mean that you CAN'T SHAKE IT UP and make it your own!! I can't wait to try a couple other ideas that I have in my head for this!! =)
I also created a Beautiful Tag with the die the way it was intended to be used!! Then I thought OMG!! With the Frame that it has around it I could turn it into a Shaker Tag too!! So I did and I just LOVE how it turned out!! How FUN to be able to add a Shaker Tag to any Gift for EXTRA FUN!!??  =)

I also created a Beautiful Tag with the die Using it the way it was intended to be used!!

Then I thought OMG!! With the Frame that it has around it I could turn it into a Shaker Tag too!! So I did and I just LOVE how it turned out!! How FUN to be able to add a Shaker Tag to any Gift for EXTRA FUN!!??  =)

Embossed Glitter Snowflake Card!! =)

I'm back with another Card for the Paper Trey Ink December Blog Hop and the Make It Monday #194 Challenge !! I LOVE the colors and I have these BEAUTIFUL WOW Embossing Glitter Powders that I wanted to use!! I LOVE that they have Glitter in them and the Fool's Gold WOW Embossing Glitter Powder is actually a very AWESOME mixture of Gold Embossing Powder with a really Pretty Mauve Pink Glitter!! OH HOW I LOVE it!! So I thought it would be FUN to use a combination of different Powders to emboss the Snowflakes in my stamped border design!! I used ALL of the Snowflake Images from the PTI Snow Globe Sentiments Stamp Set and then I used one of the Snowflakes from the PTI Snowflake Medley Stamp Set!! I used the Fool's Gold, Sahara, and the Sierra Sunset WOW Embossing Glitter Powders and they all work so well together!! Then I cut a Tag from the PTI Tag Set and then I die cut the PTI Snowflake Dies and layered them together!! The smaller one was cut from some Gold Metallic Vellum!! I LOVE how BEAUTIFUL it is in real life!! I then coated a Button with some Versa Mark and then covered it with the same BEATIFUL Fool's Gold WOW Embossing Glitter Powder and created a really Neat Custom Center for my Snowflake!! I added some Twine and attached it altogether for the center of the Tag!! I made a Junk Bow for the Top and my card was finished!! =)

This month the theme was Memories!! I thought it would be FUN to share how BEAUTIFUL my Grandma always made the Holidays!! She has a collection of Glass Snowflake Ornaments and would use them on a Special Tree Every Year!! This card is a Reminder of that BEAUTIFUL Tree!! =)
