         I'm here with Day 1 of the 

               Newton's Nook Designs January Release 2019!! 

.                            Today we're showcasing the NEW  

"It’s a Plan" Stamp Set and "Newton Makes a Plan" Stamp Set + coordinating "Newton Makes a Plan" Dies!!

                  Let's take a look at the AWESOME New Products!!

Here's an AMAZING Guide for this Set of Dies too!! 

I created this FUN Interactive Valentine's Day Card using the NEW products along with some my FAVORITE Oldies!! I started by Stamping and Embossing ALL of my Images!! Those NEW Lil' Newton Images just make me HAPPY!! SO MANY possibilities!! Plus, they also work with the Larger images!! So I pulled out the "Sending Hugs" Stamp and Die Set and used the Newton Image along with the Flowers and a Larger Heart Image!! I colored everything in with Copics and then added some White Gel Pen Details and a Black Gel Pen Nose!! I used the Mama Elephant Flip Slider Die to create a FUN Interactive Story for the Card!! I Stamped and Embossed a Sentiment from a NEW Set we'll be showcasing later this week and the "Wanna Grab" Sentiment is from "Raccoon Rascal" Stamp Set!! I added a few Hearts and Pretty Pink Iridescent Black Gems and my Card was done!!

CAS-ual Fridays Stamps November Release 2018 ~ Mistletoe Fri-Dies!!

HELLO CRAFTY FRIENDS!!
I'm here today with Day 3 of the CAS-ual Fridays Stamps November Release 2018!!
Today we're showcasing the NEW Mistletoe Fri-Dies!! These Dies coordinate with the previously released Mistletoe & Holly Stamp Set!! 

This is such a BEAUTIFUL Set!! There are SO MANY options too!! 

I decided to share a Gift Tag today!! I KNOW if you're like me Holiday Gifts and Cards are on you mind and I LOVE to give Gift Cards for the Holidays to Special People in our lives!! I think Gift Bags and Decorative Gift Tags fit the bill!! So I started by creating my Gift Bag using a Mama Elephant Die cut from some Chalkboard Patterned Paper!! Then I Die Cut the Tag from the Tag Buddies Fri-Dies Set!! I Die Cut the largest one from some Lawn Fawn Patterned Paper and then Die Cut the Smaller one from some White Cardstock!! I inked the background of the White Cardstock with some Tumbled Glass and Lucky Clover Distress Ink to match the same hue as the Patterned Paper!! I wanted it to be lighter though!! Added some Water Droplets for some texture and then added the Mistletoe Image I that I Stamped, Embossed and Die Cut out!! I color it with Copic Markers and added some Silver Glitter Gel Pen to the berries for a shadow!! I used Tonic Studios in Morning Dew to add dimension and Shine to the Berries and the Red Bow!! I Red Seam Binding Bow adds the PERFECT finishing touch!!

Newton's Nook Designs February Release 2018 Day 2 ~ "Bitty Bunnies"!! =)

                                     I'm here with Day 2 of the
               Newton's Nook Designs February Release 2018!!
                          Today we're showcasing the NEW 
            "Bitty Bunnies" Stamp Set + Coordinating Die Set!!
                  Let's take a look at AWESOME New Products!!

How SWEET are these Images!!??

Not only are they CUTE for Cards, but what about those Gift Tags!!??

 

I decided to make some Gift Tags and Gift Bags for the boys Teachers!! I just LOVE LOVE LOVE they way they turned out!! The Gift Bag is from Mama Elephant and its probably my FAVORITE just because of the AWESOME Size!! I used the Newton's Nook Designs Fancy EdgesTag Die Set and Die Cut it from Distress Watercolor Paper!! Then I used the Stitched Heart Window Die that accompanies the Mama Elephant Gift Bag Die and Die Cut a Window from the top center of the Tag!! I added some Tumbled Glass Distress Ink to the Bottom half of the Tag fading it out towards the top for a Gradient look and added Water Droplets for texture!! I Die Cut 2 more Tags from some MFT Plaid Paper and Glued them together to layer behind the Main Tag!! I Stamped and Embossed my Sentiments on the Plaid Tags and also Embossed a couple Sweet Hearts using some WoW Glitter Embossing Powder in Tutti Fruity!! I Stamped and Embossed the Happy Easter on the back of the Tag and Stamped and Embossed another Heart Image with the same WoW Glitter Embossing Powder in Tutti Fruity!! I Stamped and Embossed the Images and Die Cut them out using the coordinating Dies and Colored them with Copic Markers!! I also Die Cut the Land Borders Die and used Distress Inks in Peeled Paint, Mowed Lawn and Lucky Clover Distress Inks!! I adhered the Egg Images which are from the NEW "Newton's Easter Basket" Stamp Set showcased yesterday!! A Black Gel Pen Nose, White Gel Pen Details and some Tonic Studios Aqua Shimmer Pen add those finishing touches!! I added a Tulle Bow along with a Coral Lawn Fawn Trim bow and my Gift Tags and Bags are done!!

For my Tag today, I Die Cut the NEW For You Tag Twice!! Once from Patterned Paper and once from some Distress Watercolor Paper!! I Stamped and Embossed the Image and colored with Copic Markers!! I just LOVE LOVE LOVE the SWEET Details of this Image!! The Envelope label is a FUN place to Personalize your Project for the recipient!! I added a Bow and a FUN Gift Box I made using the Mama Elephant Large Gift Bag Die Set and my Project is READY to give!! I hope I've INSPIRED you and I hope you'll join in on ALL of the FUN with this Event!!

Newton's Nook Designs September Release ~ Day 2 "Creepy Cameos"!! =)

SQUEAL!! I'm here with Day 1 of the Newton's Nook Designs September Release 2017!! Today we're Showcasing the New "Creepy Cameos" Stamp Set and the Coordinating New "Creepy Cameos" Die Set and the New Cameo Frame Die!!
Let's take a Close Up Look at the New Products for today!!

How AWESOME are these!!?? Halloween is one of my FAVORITE times of the Year!! So I thought I'd share some FUN Projects that you can create for ANY Party or Gift!!

So I thought I'd make some REALLY FUN Interactive Gift Bags that are kinda Sophisticated, but can also be used for Older Kids too!! I have ALWAYS wanted to create one of the Erie Vintage Mirrors for my House and when I saw these Images, I just KNEW I had to try and recreate this onto a Gift Bag!! It would also be FUN to do for the Front of a Card too!! I used the Large Mama Elephant Gift Bags and Die Cut them from some Lawn Fawn Patterned Paper!! I Created the Bags an then I also Die Cut the Scalloped Rectangle that comes in the Set for my Frame!! I used a Stitched Rectangle Die to create the White Panels and layered that on the inside for the Base of my Design!! I wanted to add some Details to the White Stitched Panels so I used the SWEET Spider Web Image from the Newton's Perfect Pumpkin Stamp Set and created a FUN Border!! I Die Cut and Layered several (4) of the Cameo Frame Image from some Dark Grey and glued them together!! I wanted a Vintage Frame Look so I covered it with Versa Fine Ink and coated it with some Hero Arts Platinum Embossing Powder!! I repeated the process 3 Times for a NICE Coating!! To finish it off I Die Cut one of the Base Layers form the Creepy Cameo Die Set from some Black Cardstock and then layered it all together!! I LOVE LOVE LOVE the way it turned out!! For the Erie Mirror part I took some Mirror Paper from Lil' Inker Designs and used some Ranger Mushroom Alcohol Ink and pounced it on to create the Vintage Tarnished Mirror look!! Then I Stamped the Images with some Versa Fine Black Ink and Embossed it with Clear Embossing Powder!! Its hard to see in the Pictures, but in real life the Embossing on the Mirror Paper is kind of translucent!! So when you look at if from different angles it really does look NEAT!! I'll try to get a Video made to share!! I Stamped and Embossed the Sentiments onto the NND Tags Times Two Die and to get a Mat I just Traced around the outside of the Tag Die and Fussy Cut it with Scissors!! Then I layered the Tags together and added some Lawn Fawn Halloween Twine and a Mini Clothes Pin that I Embossed with Versa Fine and covered with Hero Arts Platinum Embossing Powder!!  

The Oct. 31 Sentiment is from the Spooky Street Stamp Set!!

Depending on the Sentiment that you used I totally think these would be FUN for Teacher Gifts or for Celebrating the Day of the Dead too!! So think outside of just Halloween!!
