HELLO CRAFTY FRIENDS!!

 

I'm here with Day 2 of the 

Newton's Nook Designs April Release 2022!! 

Today we're showcasing the NEW "Destination Love" Stamp Set + coordinating Destination Love Die Set and the "Lilacs" Stamp Set + coordinating Lilacs Die Set!!

Let's take a look at the AWESOME NEW Products!!

SWOON!! These NEW Sets are BEAUTIFUL!! They might even be some of my NEW Favorite Sets and I can't wait to share what I've Created!! 

I Started by Stamping and Embossing the Images from the NEW Destination Love Stamp Set with Versa Fine Black Onyx Ink and WoW Clear Gloss Embossing Powder!! 

Then I Colored the Images with Copic Markers!! 
Red: R00, R14, R32 & R37    Coral: R00, R14 & R22
Yellow: Y11, Y15 & YR23    Green: YG61 & YG67
Grey: N0 & N3     Black: N0, N3, N6 & N8
Brown: E40, E43 & E47     Turquoise: BG10 & BG45

Then I used the coordinating NEW Destination Love Dies to Die Cut the Images out!! I added White Gel Pen Highlights and Glitter Pen along with some Nuvo Pearl Gel Dots to the center of the Flowers for some Shimmer and Sparkle!! 

I Die Cut a Frames & Flags Scalloped Frame from some Cardstock and then Die Cut a Card Panel and Inked the background with Salvaged Patina Distress Oxide Ink and then Inked the Ground with Hickory Smoke Distress Oxide Ink!! I adhered the Images with Foam Tape for some Dimension and then added some Trinity Stamps Fairy Rock Rhinestones for some added Sparkle!! I finished off the Design by Stamping the "CONGRADULATION to the Happy Couple on your Wedding Day" on the inside of the Card again Stamping in Versa Fine Black Onyx Ink and Embossing with WoW Clear Gloss Embossing Powder!! I LOVE how this Card turned out and the Color Possibilities are ENDLESS!!
I LOVE this NEW Set!! 

For my Second Card I used the NEW Lilacs Stamp Set!! SWOON!! I LOVE Lilacs in the Spring!! They Smell AMAZING and I LOVE how they Draw in the Birds as well!! I Started by Stamping and Embossing the Image Twice using Versa Fine Black Onyx Ink and Embossed with WoW Clear Gloss Embossing Powder!! 

Then I Colored the Images in using Copic Markers!! 
Lavender: V00, V15 & V09    Yellow: Y15
Green: YG03, YG11, YG25 & YG67
Then I used the coordinating NEW Lilacs Die Set to Die Cut the Images out!! I added some White Gel Pen Highlights and some Midas Touch Gold Glitter Pen to the Yellow Centers for some Sparkle!! 

For the Card Panel I Inked with Twisted Citron, Pine Needles, Milled Lavender & Wilted Violet Distress Oxide Inks to create a Watercolored Background!! I added some Water Splatters and then I Stamped and Embossed the Sentiment "Thinking of You" with Versa Fine Black Onyx Ink and Embossed with WoW Clear Gloss Embossing Powder!! 

I Die Cut a Frames & Flags Scalloped Frame from some Cardstock and then adhered the Watercolored Card Panel!! I adhered the Lilac Images using Foam Tape and then I finished off the Design by adding some Trinity Stamps Fairy Rock Rhinestones for some added Sparkle!! This Design could be used for ANY Occasion just by switching out the Sentiment!!
