Hang in there Card with Newton's Nook Designs!!

Hello Crafty Friends!! 

I'm up on the Newton's Nook Blog today sharing this Hang In There Card!! It's SURE to BRIGHTEN someones Day!! Especially with all that's going on in the World right now!! 
I LOVE that this Image can be used for almost ANY occasion and it can be used for any recipient as well!! 

 I LOVE playing around with the NND Stencils and trying to create different backgrounds!! For this Card I created a 2 Color Design using the Gingham Stencil and Scattered Straw and Tumbled Glass Distress Oxide Inks!! I LOVE the way it looks!! Just by simply off setting it I was able to create the 2 Color Design!! You can get SO MANY variations from just this one Stencil!! SQUEAL!! I LOVE being able to use my Products like this!! 

I used the Newton Hangs Out Stamp Set to Stamp and Emboss the Image!! Then I used Copic Markers to Color it in!! (Tree: E33, E35 & E37  YG11, YG25 & YG45  Newon: E40, E42, E43 & E44  R00  R43, R46 & R89  Y11 & YR23  Bird: BG000 & BG11  Y11 & YR23  YR00 & YR18  R00)  I Die Cut out the Image using the coordinating Newton Hangs Out Die Set!! Then I added it to a Stitched Square Die Cut that I inked using Tumbled Glass Distress Oxide Ink!! I added some Water Splatters for some Texture!! White Gel Pen Details were added as well as some Tonic Studios Nuvo Drops in Morning Dew to Newton's Paws, Nose, Collar and the Birds Beak for some Dimension and Shine!! I Die Cut a Lawn Fawn Peacock Cardstock Scalloped Square using the Scalloped Square from the Frames Squared Die Set!! I LOVE the way it turned out!!

         I'm here with Day 3 of the 

               Newton's Nook Designs June Release 2019!! 

.       Today we're showcasing the NEW  

"Newton Hangs Out" Stamp Set + "Newton's Picnic" Stamp Set + coordinating Dies!! 

Let's take a look at the AWESOME New Products!!

Are you EXCITED!!?? I LOVE these NEW Newton Images!! They can be used for SO MANY Occasions!! I'm thinking you could have FUN with both of these images if you need a card with some Humor too!!?? You might just see that in a future Card!!?? 

 I wanted to keep this Card Simple and let the Image be the Focal!! So I Stamped and Embossed the Image and used Copic Markers to color it!! (Tree: E33, E35 & E37  YG11, YG25 & YG45  Newon: E40, E42, E43 & E44  R00  R43, R46 & R89  Y11 & YR23  Bird: BG000 & BG11  Y11 & YR23  YR00 & YR18  R00) I Die Cut it using the coordinating Die Set and then I added it to a Stitched Square Die Cut that I inked using Tumbled Glass Distress Oxide Ink!! I added some Water Splatters for some Texture!! White Gel Pen Details were added as well as some Tonic Studios Nuvo Drops in Morning Dew to Newton's Paws, Nose, Collar and the Birds Beak for some Dimension and Shine!! 

I added the Panel to a Lawn Fawn Plaid Patterned Paper that I Die Cut using the Frames Squared Die Set!! Along with a Lawn Fawn Peacock Cardstock Scalloped Square also Die Cut from the Frames Squared Die Set!! I LOVE the way it turned out!! 

For my second card today I wanted to create a FUN scene!! I LOVE going on Picnics and wanted to create a DREAMY Picnic Scene!! I Started by Die Cutting the Framework Frame from Kraft Cardstock!! I inked the edges with some Vintage Photo Distress Oxide Ink to make it POP, and to tie in with the Color of my Picnic Basket!! I Die Cut a Stitched rectangle and inked the Background using Tumbled Glass Distress Oxide Ink and added water splatters for some texture!! Then I added the Fence Die Cut that I colored using  a N3  Copic Marker for some shading and dimension!! Two Land Borders Die Cuts were Die Cut from some Green Cardstock and Inked using Peeled Paint and Lucky Clover Distress Oxide Inks!! To create the Picnic Blanket I Die Cut the Frames Squared Die Set from some Lawn Fawn Plaid Patterned Paper and layered them together to create a BEAUTIFUL Picnic Blanket!! I inked the edges using Wilted Violet Distress Oxide Ink to make it POP!! 

I Stamped and Embossed the Image and used Copic Markers to Color it in!! (Picnic Basket: E33, E35, E37 & E39  Newton: E40, E42 & E43  R00  Watermelon: RV00, RV11 & RV34  G00 & G45  Grapes: V01, V15 & V09  Soda: E25 & E29  R46 & R89  BG00 & BG11  C3 & C0  Apples: R43, R46 & R89  Cookies: E40, E43, E44 & E47  Chips: Y00 & Y11 C3 & C0 R43, R46 & R89 E42 & E43) I Die Cut the Image using the coordinating Die and then added some White Gel Pen Highlights and some Tonic Studios Morning Dew Nuvo Drops for some Dimension and Shine!! I Stamped and Embossed an extra Apple from the Classy Teachers Stamp Set and added it to my scene along with one of the ants and a couple Dragon Fly Images to finish off the scene!! The Sentiment is from the NEW "Cat-itude" Stamp Set and was Stamped and Embossed using Tumbled Glass Distress Oxide Ink and Embossing it with some WoW Iridescent Glitter Embossing Powder!! I LOVE the way it Sparkles and think it adds the PURR-FECT finishing touch to my Card!!
