Monthly Challenge Round 1!
March Madness is the moniker given to the chaos created by the National Collegiate Athletic Association (college basketball) tournaments that traditionally begins the first week of March. This American tradition sends millons of fans into a synchronized frenzy each year due to the concentrated hype surrounding 69 teams vying for college basketball's biggest prize.
While March Madness is a phenomenon typically reserved for the national sports psyche, Imaginisce designers Melinda Spinks and I (Beth Moore) joined forces this month to create a little of that frenzy right here in the Imaginisce papercrafting world.

Here is my entry for the challenge!! =)
I just had to use a banner beings they are so in right now and I decided to cut
the ticket border strip up so that I could make the banner double layered!!
I layered the cardstock for a fun country background, I used Tattered Angels
gold glimmer mist on the hills layer and then I did a light green acrylic wash
on the grass layer to help hide the deep contrast of the white core color of the cardstock!!
I also did a light blue acrylic color wash on the blue cardstock to lighten it a bit!!
I used one of the Cardstock Sticker Stackers and stamped the LIFE IS A CIRCUS
using the Snag'em Stamp. LOVE IT!! I cut the edge of the cardstock sticker off
to line up with the edge of my card and used Helmar Liquid Scrap Dots to add dimension,
then I layered the popcorn sticker beside it to add more color!!
I am SO HAPPY with the way it turned out this is the
FIRST IMAGINISCE CHALLENGE I have done so I am also SUPER EXCITED about that as well!!
THANKS for looking and have a FABULOUS DAY!! =)
