Happy Halloween Card w/ Newton's Nook Designs!!

HELLO CRAFTY FRIENDS!!
 

Are you ready for Halloween crafting!!?? Today I'm sharing a FUN Halloween Card featuring the NND Spooky Stories Stamp Set that is sure to put you in the mood for some Halloween Crafting!!

For this spooky card I Started by stamped the tall image of Ghosts from the NND Spooky Stories Stamp Set. This image is designed to fit on the NND Bookmark Dies but it also works PERFECTLY on a card too!! I also stamped a few little bats using the same stamp set to add to my card for even MORE Spooky FUN!! 

Next I cut out the Ovals using the NND Oval Frames Die Set to layer behind the Ghosts!! I used Black Cardstock for the Stitched Oval and a piece of Pattern Paper for the Scalloped Oval!! For the Background I cut out two more Pattern Papers, choosing orange and gray papers with bats on them for a really FUN tone on Tone look!! The Patterned Papers are from the NND Halloween Meows and Halloween Woofs Paper Pads. SWOON!! I LOVE these Paper Pads as there are so many AMAZING Designs!! It sure does make creating FUN Halloween Cards EASY!! The designs can all be used together and will work with other Companies Designs too!! 

For the Happy Halloween Sentiment I used a stamp from our Halloween Apothecary Stamp Set, layering it over the big oval. I LOVE how this Card turned out and how FUN it is to Mix-N-Match Pattern Papers as well as a Sprinkle of Embellishments to add some Sparkle and Shine!!

EKK! Batty Newton Card w/ Newton's Nook + Halloween Inspiration Week!!

Hello Crafty Friends!! 

I'm here today as part of the Newton's Nook Designs Halloween Inspiration Week!! Have you joined in the SPOOKINESS!!?? If not, I invite you to visit the Blog and take a look at ALL of the AMAZING Inspiration!! Today I'm sharing a Batty Scene using one of my FAVORITE Images the Batty Newton!! 

I Started by Die Cutting my Card Panel using the AWESOME Bat Paper from the Halloween Meows Paper Pad!! SQUEAL!! This Paper Pad is FULL of AMAZING Designs for SO MANY Projects!! Then I Die Cut the Scalloped Oval from some Doodlebug Designs Gingham Patterned Paper using the Oval Frames Die Set!! Then I Die Cut another Oval Frame from some Distress Watercolor Cardstock and Inked it with some Prize Ribbon Distress Oxide Ink!! I added some Water Splatters for some texture and then I Stamped and Embossed the EEK! Sentiment using Versa Fine Black Onyx Ink and WoW Clear Gloss Embossing Powder from the Spiderweb Oval Stamp Set!! 

Next I Stamped and Embossed the Batty Newton Image using Versa Fine Black Onyx Ink and Embossed with WoW Clear Gloss Embossing Powder!! Then I Colored the Image with Copic Markers!! 
Batty Newton: N0, N2, N4, N6 & N8    Cheeks: R11  
Wings: V01, V15 & N3
Then I Die Cut it out using the coordinating Batty Newton Die Set!! I Stamped and Embossed the Bat Images also from the Set in Black Onyx Ink and Embossed with WoW Neutral Ultra Shimmer Embossing Powder for some added SPARKLE!! Then I Die Cut them out using the coordinating Dies!! I added some White Gel Pen Highlights, some Black Glaze Pen to the Nose and some Rose Quartz Glitter Pen to the Bat Wings for even more SPARKLE!! I finished off the design by adding some Iridescent Stars, and some Trinity Stamps Midnight Ball Bauble Pearls!! I LOVE all of the Iridescent SPARKLE and the FUN Night Feel of the Card!!

Newton's Nook Designs August Release 2022 ~ Halloween Pile & Spiderweb Oval!!

HELLO CRAFTY FRIENDS!! 

I'm here with Day 2 of the Newton's Nook Designs August Release and today were showcasing the NEW Halloween Pile Stamp Set & coordinating Halloween Pile Die Set and the Spiderweb Oval Stamp Set that coordinates with the previously released Oval Frames Die Set!! 

Here's a look at the NEW Products!! 

How FUN are these NEW Products!!??
Here's what I've created!! 

I Started by Stamping and Embossing the NEW Halloween Pile Stamp Set using Versa Fine Black Onyx Ink and Embossing with WoW Clear Gloss Embossing Powder!! Then I used Copic Makers to Color the Image in!! 

White: N0, N3      Black: N3, N5 & N8     Cheeks: R00     Kitten: E40, E43 & E47     Orange: YR00, YR18 & YR68
Purple: V00, V15 & V09
Then I Die Cut the Image out using the NEW coordinating Halloween Pile Die Set!! I added some White Gel Pen and Black Gel Pen for the Noses and Eyes!! 

Then I Die Cut an Oval Stitched Circle from White Cardstock using the Oval Frames Die Set!! Next I Die Cut the Scalloped Oval Frame from some Gingham Patterned Paper and adhered them together!! I adhered the Image onto the White Stitched Oval after Stamping and Embossing the "EEK!" Sentiment from the "Franken-Newton" Stamp Set with Foam Tape!! Then I Die Cut my Card Panel from some Halloween Woofs Patterned Paper!! I Adhered the Scalloped Circle on the Card Panel with Foam Tape for some dimension!! 

I Started by Stamping and Embossing the NEW Spiderweb Image onto some Black Cardstock using Vera Mark Ink and WoW Bright White Embossing Powder!! After Heat Setting I placed it back into my MISTI Stamping Tool and restamped the Image again with Versa Mark Ink!! This Time using the WoW Glow-in-the-Dark Embossing Powder!! Then I Heat Set it again!! I Repeated the Process foe a REALLY Crisp and Dark Glow-in-the -Dark Image!!
Then I Fussy Cut the Image out!! 

I LOVE this Glow-in-the-Dark look of the WoW Embossing Powder!! I'm not the BEST Dark Photographer!!
So this Image doesn't do it Justice!!
In real Life its AWESOME!! I Die Cut the Oval Frame from some Deco Foil Toner Sheets that I Foiled with Lime Deco Foil!! I LOVE the added SHINE it adds to the Design!! 

I Stamped and Embossed the Sentiment "From our Web to Yours!" for a Tone on Tone look!! Hind Site, I wish I would of Repeated the Glow-in-the-Dark Embossing Powder onto the Sentiment too!! So if your recreate this Design think about doing that so the Sentiment will Glow-in-the-Dark too!! I added the Deco Foiled Oval Frame to the Card Panel using Foam Tape!! The Card Panel was Die Cut from some of the NEW Halloween Meows Patterned Paper!!

Newton's Nook Designs August Release 2022 ~ Franken-Newton, Halloween Meows Paper Pad, Halloween Woofs Paper Pad and Jack-o-Lantern Stencil Set!!

I'm here with Day 1 of the Newton's Nook Designs August Release and today were showcasing the NEW Franken-Newton Stamp Set & coordinating Franken-Newton Die Set, Halloween Meows Paper Pad,  Halloween Woofs Paper Pad and the Jack-o-Lantern Stencil Set!! 

Here's a look at the NEW Products!! 

AMAZING New Products Right!!?? SQUEAL!!
Here's what I've created for today!!

I just LOVE the NEW Franken-Newton Stamp Set and the Images can be colored in so many different Color Ways!! I Stamped and Embossed the Image using Versa Fine Black Onyx Ink and WoW Clear Gloss Embossing Powder!! Then I Colored with Copic Markers!! 
Green: YG00, YG03, YG17 & YG25    Grey: N0, N3 & N5
Pink: R00 & R11    Purple: V00, V01, V15 & V09

Then I used the coordinating Franken-Newton Die Set to Die Cut the Image out!! Then I added some White Gel Pen details along with some Black Gel Pen for the Nose!! 

Next I Die Cut the Oval Frames Die from some White Cardstock and Inked with some Wilted Violet Distress Oxide Ink!! Then I Layered the Scalloped Oval Die Cut from some Black Cardstock ontop and adhered the Franken-Newton Image using Foam Tape for some Dimension!!  

For my Card Panel Base, I Cut several Papers from the NEW Halloween Woofs and Halloween Meows Paper Pads and created a FUN Background!! Then I Stamped and Embossed the Sentiment using Versa Mark Ink and WoW Bright White Embossing Powder!! 

For my Second Card I've create a FUN Halloween Card using Deco Foil Transfer Gel, Deco Foil, Deco Flock and Glitz Glitter Gel!! SWOON!! I LOVE this Card in Real Life as all of the Texture, Shine and Sparkle REALLY makes is SPECIAL!! 

I Started by Inking the Card Panel using Prize Ribbon Distress Oxide Ink!! Then I added some Water Splatters and let it dry completely!! 

Then I placed the Jack-o-Lantern Stencil over the Panel and applied some Deco Foil Transfer Gel and let is completely Dry!! Once Dry I Applied some Deco Foil in Peach Princess and ran it through my MINC Laminating Machine on the 2 Setting!! I removed the Negative Foil and SQUEAL!!
Look at those HAPPY Pumpkins!! Next I took some Ripe Persimmon Distress Ink and Inked over the Pumpkins to add some deep Shading!! Then I took a dry paper towel and removed and access Ink over the Foiled Pumpkins!!  

Next I Layered the Stems Stencil over the Panel and applied more Deco Foil Transfer Gel and let it set to dry Completely!! Once Dry, I took some Emerald Green Deco Foil Flock and pressed it firmly over the Stems and pressed with my Fingers to adhere the Flock!! I LOVE how it looks, and the texture it adds to the Stems!! 

The Last step was to adhere the Face Stencil over the Panel and then I applied the Black Diamond Glitz Glitter Gel!! Glitter Gel is one of my FAVORITES and this really adds a PUNCH of Sparkle to the Jack-o-Lanterns!! 

To finish the Card, I Die Cut some Black Glitter Cardstock using the Frames & Flags Die Set and I adhered it to some of the Halloween Woofs Paper with some Foam Tape!! I Stamped and Embossed the "Happy Halloween" Sentiment from the Franken-Newton Stamp Set onto a Banner Die Cut from White Cardstock using the A7 Frames and Banner Die Set!! I Die Cut another one from some Black Cardstock and cut it in half then Layered it behind the White Banner for a Framed Sentiment Banner!! I adhered it the Card Panel using Foam Tape and I LOVE how this turned out!! This design could be mass produced easily too!!
