Can you believe Thanksgiving is in less than a Week!!??
We are ready to start a New Inky Paws Challenge #16 Christmas Theme and we are even going to extend the deadline with Thanksgiving being in the Middle of the Challenge so that you can have some EXTRA Time to play along for a chance to win some YUMMY Newton's Nook Designs Stamps!! I wanted to make a Shaker Card using the New Beautiful Blizzard Stamp Set!! I just LOVE this Set!! I have been seeing ALOT of the Red & White Color Combo so I decided to use that for my card and I really LOVE the way it turned out!! Newton's Nook Designs November Release ~ Day 2!! =)

Hello!!

Are you ready for Day 2 of the Newton's Nook Designs November Release!!?? We are showcasing the "BEAUTIFUL BLIZZARD" Stamp Set today!! I'm a LOVER of ALL things Snowman and Snowflakes and this set is DEFINATELY a MUCT HAVE!! These Snowflakes are SO ELEGANT!!

 

I decided to use Glitter on my card for today!! I wanted to stamp on this Patterned Paper from Bo Bunny!! I stamped my sentiment first in Versa Fine Black Ink and then used Ranger Clear Embossing Powder!! I then stamped the Snowflake Images in Versa Mark Ink and Coated them with Judikins Sticky Stuff Embossing Powder!! After Heat Setting I covered them in Glitter Ritz Glitter!! I LOVE how Elegant and BEAUTIFUL this is in REAL Life!! Its SO hard to get the TOTAL BEAUTY of it on Film, but TRUST me it is AMAMZING!! =) I wanted to add something to the centers of the Snowflakes for some added interest and I decided on some Simon Says Stamp Iridescent Sequins and Prima Pearls!! I added some Snowflake Pearls and the same Sequins for the Larger Snowflakes and I LOVE the Finished Look!! =)

For my next Projects I thought it would be FUN to create some Tags for my Holiday Gifts!! I found these Wood Tags and wanted to Stamp on them!! I had looked through my Die Cut Stash and found that this Set from Paper Sweeties was a really close match to the New Image!! I used it to both Die Cut and Embossed on the Wood Tags and then Stamped and Embossed on them!! I Stamped and Embossed the Sentiments too and added some May Arts Burlap Twine for the Finishing Touch!!
