SQUEAL today is the Second day of the Newton's Nook Designs October Holiday Release!! Today we're showcasing the New "Beautiful Baubles" Stamp Set + Coordinating "Beautiful Baubles" Die Set and "Pines & Holly" Die Set!! Let's look at the Set in ALL of its Glory!!
For my first Card I did a Pop Up Inlayed Design!! I Die Cut the Ornaments in the Front Panel and then I Stamped and Embossed the Ornaments Twice and Die Cut them out!! I Watercolored them using my Distress Makers and then I Fussy Cut around the Edges of the Designs and then Glued them on top for even more added dimension!! I also Colored with a MarkerWink of Stella Glitter and I LOVE LOVE LOVE the way it looks in real life!! I Pop Dotted them in place on the Die Cut Card Front Panel and added the Stamped, Embossed and Die Cut the Bows and String and my Card was Done!!
For my Second Card I Die Cut several of the Pine Leaves using three different Colors of Cardstock!! Then I Die Cut the Pine Cones for a Kraft and a Brown Cardstock and some of the Holly Berries from Red Cardstock!! I also Cut 2 of the Bows from Red Cardstock and then I layered everything together to create my Wreath!! I Stamped and Embossed some of the Images from the New "Sun Soaked Christmas" Stamp Set and also the New Newton's Ornament Stamp Set!! SQUEAL!! A Sneak Peek for you!! =) I Watercolored them using Distress Inks and then added some Wink of Stella Glitter Pen for some Sparkle!! I Stamped and Embossed the Sentiment in Hero Arts White Embossing Powder onto the Black Card Front Panel and my Card was done!! =)
