Hello!!
Welcome back for the second day of the Newton's Nook Designs July Release Blog Hop!!
Today we are sharing the New Beach Party Stamp Set!! This set is just so FUN!! =)
I wanted to create a really Pretty and Sparkly Card for today!! I decided to use the Hula Bunny Image and I wanted to use the Flower Image to create a Sweet Border using layered Sequins for the centers of each Flower!! I fussy cut and paper pieced every detail and although it was alittle time consuming I think the results are SO worth the effort!! =) I used papers from the Carta Bella Hello Again 6x6 pad and some Pretty Pink Posh Sequins in 4mm Gold!! I added some Gold Heidi Swapp Color Shine Splatters and a PTI Looped Border Die Cut!! The Lil` Inker Designs Stitched Square Die was used to create my focal background!!
Would you like to win “Beach Party”?

This is adorable! I love how you created the border with the flower images - yes, your time was definitely worth it! So many cute images in this set!
ReplyDeleteCute card! That border is so cute and detailed!
ReplyDeleteWow, you cut out all those little flowers, love that border! Cute card!!
ReplyDeleteI agree - a lot of work - but it's worth it when you get a beautiful card. I do like to fussy cut so I wouldn't complain too much if this was a card I was making. Love the sequins. I have some on a string but haven't quite figured out how to string them on a card without losing a lot.
ReplyDeleteLove the beach theme.
