HELLO!!
I'm stopping in to share the card I've made for the Avery Elle Challenge over on their Challenge Blog!! We were supposed to create a card using some DIY Stamped Designer Paper!! =)
I wanted to use some of my New Goodies and I also wanted to create a FUN 3-D Effect!! So this is what I came up with!! I LOVE the way it turned out!!
I used the New AE Sending You Stamp Set and created a FUN Paper!! I wanted to use some of my Prima Color Bloom Spray and I sprayed my ENTIRE card both the Card Base and my Card Front Panel along with the Inside of my Card with the Pearl White!! LOVE this color!! Then I stamped my Sending Sentiment and the Heart Dash Trail!! I then took it and ran it through my Sizzix Big Shot and used a PTI Embossing Plate to create a FUN texture!! I then took my Distress Inks in Worn Lipstick, Peacock Feathers and Seedless Preserves and stamped the Hearts in the different sizes from the AE Sending You Stamp Set!! I then sprayed over them with the Color Bloom Spray to create a Soft Water Colored look and then let it dry!! I then mixed up some of the Distress Inks with the Color Bloom on my Acrylic Block and splattered it onto the Card Front for some FUN Color Splatters!! I then Die Cut the AE HAPPY Die from Pink Cardstock 5 times to layer for a Dimensional Sentiment!! I adhered a Black Text Paper onto of the stack after I sprayed it with the Color Spray!! I stamped two of the Paper Planes and then colored them using the Peacock Feathers and the Color Bloom Spray and added some foam tape and adhered them to the Heart Trail!! I added some 4mm Iridescent Sequins and my card was finished!! For the inside of my card I stamped the Birthday Wishes Sentiment and the Heart Trails and then a Heart in Worn Lipstick Distress Ink!! I added some Spray over the top and let it dry and then I added some more Sequins!! I LOVE the way it turned out!!
