Tuesday Trigger: Ready for RED!!??  ARE YOU!!??
I had time to play along with the fun Challenge over on the Moxie Fab World Blog!!

I LOVED the fun wall paper pattern in the photo and then the pop of the red chair against it!!
I had gotten the Sizzix and Hero Arts Ornament Stamp and Die Set and I wanted to make some Holiday cards!!

I played around on Saturday with several different card designs and then along the way I thought it would be fun to make a Poinsettia out of the smaller ornament in the set!! I stamped the image of the ornament and then heat embossed it with a gold embossing powder by Ranger onto a Red Core`dinations cardstock!! I had originally cut them out using the matching die, but I didn't like the large border that was left so I decided to cut down all of the images leaving only a thin border!! I layered 5 ornaments on the bottom and another 5 on top of that layer making sure to stagger them.  I then folded the ends of the ornament images to make them more three dimensional like a REAL Poinsettia!! I added a large vintage button with red floss and some May Arts Burlap Twine for some added texture to finish it off!! I LOVE the way it turned out and decided to repeat this design with several other colors!! I will share them with you in a different post this week!! =) 
So here is my take on the challenge, using an ornament stamp and die and making it into a Poinsettia!!
