May Arts Ribbon DT Call Entry Post!! =)

Hello!! I am here today to share my BEAUTIFUL Creations for the May Arts Design Team Call!! =)
I had a BLAST creating my projects and I can't wait to see all of the other BEAUTIFUL Creations made for the call!!
I decided to use the New Pink Paislee Declaration Collection!! I LOVE the colors and the FUN Designs of the papers and knew it would be PERFECT for my 4th of July Party Decorations!!
I started out by making a Canvas Bag using May Arts Ribbon for the top to tie it together!! I then used a Life Style Crafts Star shaped die as a template and traced the shape onto the bag so that I could stitch the pattern using May Arts Baker's Twine!! I them stitched around it with a red embroidery thread to make it really pop!! After the stitching was down I cut the center of the star to reveal a red canvas star underneath!! I LOVE the way it turned out and I know that sitting on the table holding all of the FUN Star streamer wands it will be BEAUTIFUL and Festive!! I then made the Cute Star Ribbon Streamer wands using the same Life Style Crafts Star Die to die cut the Pink Paislee paper and stitched them together using a red embroidery thread!! I then cut several different May Arts Ribbons and attached them to the base of the wands!! I then tied a white May Arts Silk Ribbon bow and some Burlap twine. I covered some metal stars with silver glass glitter by Melissa Francis using Helmar's Gemstone glue!!
I added them to the center of the wands along with a burlap flower!! I used a small wooden stick for the wands and covered some of them using the burlap to wrap them, then I left some plain!! I REALLY like the FUN look and I know my nieces and nephews will have fun with them during the parade on the 4th of July!!
I then made several different packages to give away as party favors!! One for the kids and one for the adults!! I took a Life Style Crafts Hamburger container die and made the containers for the kids!! I added some of the Pink Paslee cardstock sticker elements to the top along with some BEAUTIFUL May Arts Ribbon Bows and Burlap.  Inside I placed a tanks and some Glow Worms or Black Snakes!! I know the kids will have FUN with these!! For the adults I made a large pouch to hold some rockets and whistling rockets along with a rocket gun!! I thought they would be FUN party Favors to use on the 4th of July!! I added some May Arts Ribbon and a burlap flower along with a label!! I LOVE they way they turned out!! To finish off the party decorations I decided it would be fun to make some Party Hats!! So I used another Life Style Crafts Die and made the CUTE Party Hats!! I used to same matching paper line from Pink Paislee and cut out all of the pieces then I cut several different May Arts Ribbons for the cute Ribbon streamers on the top of the hats!! I also used May Arts Burlap Twine for the ties on the hats and I LOVE the way they turned out!!
