SQUEAL!! I'm here with Newton's Nook Designs for the May 2017 Release!!

Today we're showcasing the New "Winston’s Tee Time" Stamp Set + Coordinating "Winston’s Tee Time" Die Set!! You're going to LOVE this SWEET Set!!

Let's take a Close Up Look at the ENTIRE Set!!

See I told you!! Aren't these Images just SO FUN and PERFECT for those Father's Day or Scene Cards that you want to Create!! I've combined the two for my AWESOME Father's Day Card!! I wanted to create a Golf Course Scene and I just KNOW my Dad is going to LOVE it!! We ENJOY Golfing as a FUN Family Sport!! So when I saw this set I KNEW it would be PERFECT for my Father's Day Card!!

 

 

I started by Stamping and Embossing my Images onto Ranger Ink  Distress Watercolor Paper by Tim Holtz!! If you know me you KNOW I LOVE this Paper and use it for the Majority of my Card Making!! I used the coordinating Dies to Die Cut the Images out and then Colored them using Copic Markers!! I used (                                       ) I used the Land Border's Die Set to Die Cut some Reverse Confetti Lime Green Cardstock for the Golf Green and some Taylored Expressions Peapod Cardstock for the Rough!! Then I used the Sky Borders Die Set to create a Stencil so I could Ink my Sky Background with Tumbled Glass Distress Ink!! I LOVE the LIFE it adds to the Scene of my Card!! Plus, its SO AWESOME to be able to use your Dies in more than just the regular way of Die Cutting with them!! =) I wanted to add a Sentiment so I Die Cut some Simon Says Stamp Black Cardstock using the Banner from the Garden Window Die Set and the White Heat Embossed my Sentiment using Simon Says Stamp White Embossing Powder!! I added the little Periods with a White Gel Pen and then added some Shadows to the Golf Green for another way to ground my Images and make the Scene even more REAL!! I finished the Sentiment on the Inside of the Card Stamping and Embossing the "a Hole in One" Sentiment!!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE the way it turned out and KNOW my Dad is going to LOVE it too!!   =)
