Newton's Nook Designs July Release 3 Year Celebration ~ Freshly Squeezed & Dog Days of Summer!! =)

Today's the FIRST Day of the Newton's Nook Designs July Release and also happens to be the 3rd Anniversary Celebration too!! YIPPEE!! It's going to be an AMAZING Celebration this Week!! FULL of AWESOME New Products and a FUN Blog Hop on Friday with LOTS of chances to WIN!! Who doesn't LOVE LOVE LOVE to WIN!!??  =) I KNOW I DO!! So let's take a look at the Sets we are Showcasing today!! First is the New "Freshly Squeezed" Stamp Set!! Next is the New "Dog Days of Summer" Stamp Set!!

SQUEAL!! Aren't these Images just TOO FUN and CUTE!!?? I just LOVE LOVE LOVE them!! For my first Project I thought it would be FUN to Create a Tag!! I KNOW Summer Time is FULL of Kids and Lemonade Stands so why not make a Lemonade Jug Gift Set to give as a GIFT!!?? I started with some CUTE Milk Jugs that I bought from Micheal's and then I Die Cut the Lawn Fawn Large Stitched Tag from some Fancy Pants Plaid Patterned Paper and then I Die Cut an Avery Elle Scalloped Die and Stamped and Embossed the Fresh Squeezed Lemon Image from the New "Freshly Squeezed" Stamp Set onto the Scalloped Die Cut!! I used Mustard Seed Distress Ink and added some WoW Super Fine Clear Detail Embossing Powder and took a White Gel Pen to go over the Words just to make them POP!! I added the Lemonade Sentiment and my Tag was Done!! I added some Yellow Seam Binding Ribbon, some Gold Netting Ribbon and a Vintage Pearl Button along with a few Mini Pearls to the Tag!! I LOVE the way it turned out!!

 

Next I made a SWEET Shaker Card using the New "Dog Days of Summer" Stamp Set and I chose the Puppy with the Ice Cream Image!!  I started by Creating my Shaker Card Frame using a Little Inker Designs Stitched Die Set!! I used Acetate to back the Frame Window and then I Stamped and Embossed my Image!! I used Distress Inks to Watercolor the Images and the Background to the Shaker Card!! I filled the Shaker Card with a Mix of some REALLY AWESOME Little Things from Lucy's Cards Sequins in the Jewels, Ivory Sparkle Sequin Mix (I just removed the Large Butterfly Sequins), and some Pretty Pink Posh Sparkling Clear Seed Beads!!
