Welcome to the Second Annual "Sweet Treats" Blog Hop with Newton's Nook Designs!! The Newton's Nook Designs Team is hopping along today to share some great Sweet Treats - just in time for Valentine's Day!! SQUEAL!! I'm SO EXCITED!! =) I have a Few Projects to share with you today so lets get started!! =) I have been playing around with the Idea of using my Dies to create some Pretty SWEET Little Treat Tags/Wraps if I do say so myself!!?? LOL!! My Boys LOVE M&M's so I thought it would be FUN to create some Treat Tags/Wraps that you can Wrap over a Bag of M&M's or any other type of Personal Sized Candy!! I've used the Newton's Nook Designs Daring Duos Stamp Set for the Sweet Little Heart Cards that I Stamped and Embossed with the Cat and Puppy Images!! I used the Newton's Nook Designs Darling Hearts Die Set to create the FUN Little Stitched Heart Card Tags and then Stamped and Embossed the Sentiment on the inside of the Card Tags!! I wanted to keep this an EASY and FAST Project in order to create Multiples and thought it would be FUN to use some WoW Gold Glitter Embossing Powder for the Cat Image just to show that you can switch it up to make it more Personalized!! =) Then the Kids can Color the Images in for a FUN Activity later on!! =)

My Next Project would be PERFECT for any occasion as well!! I LOVE being able to use Felt and I think these Gift Bags and Gift Tags are just too SWEET for words!! =) I've used the Newton's Nook Designs Daring Duos Stamp Set for the Sweet Little Heart Card that I Stamped and Embossed with the Bird Image and the Wow Red Glitter Embossed Tag!! I used the Newton's Nook Designs Darling Hearts Die Set to create the FUN Little Stitched Heart Pocket on the Front of my Felt Gift Bag!! I've used the New Paper Trey Ink Coin Purse II Dies to create the Main Bag Body and the Reverse Confetti Layered Bow Confetti Cuts to create the Felt Bow!! =) I added a Metal Clip to the Back of the Bow so that it can be used again for either another Gift Bag or for Hair!! I used the NND Stitched Heart Die to create a Layered Pocket on the Front of the Bag!! I have a Stamped and Embossed Stitched Heart Card with the Bird Image in the Larger Pocket!! I put a Mini Hershey's Chocolate Bar in the Stitched Heart Pocket!! I LOVE LOVE LOVE Pockets and think this is such a FUN way to use the NND Dies!! I HOPE this gives you some New Ideas on ways to use your Products together!!?? =)
