Newton's Nook Designs March Release 2017 ~ Winston Takes Flight + Sky Borders Die Set!! =)

HELLO!!
Happy Monday and Welcome to the first day of the New Newton's Nook Designs March Release!! Today we're showcasing the New "Winston Takes Flight" Stamp Set + Coordinating Die Set and the Sky Borders Die Set !! I LOVE LOVE LOVE these New Images and the New Die Sets and think you will too!! Let's take a Look at the FULL Sets, Sold Separately available Friday March 17th, 2017!!

I wanted to make a FUN Cloud Border from the "Sky Border Die Set" to surround the SWEET "Wintson Takes Flight Images"!! I Die Cut 3 of the Layers for the Top of my Card and 1 for the bottom of my Card!! I then took some Tumbled Distress Ink and some Faded Jeans Distress Ink and created the Sky background to my Card!! I wanted some shading around the Cloud Die Cuts so I marked with a Pencil where they ended and added the Faded Jeans alittle above the Line!! Then I Splattered some Water for some Texture and I LOVE the way it looks in real life!! I used Spectrum Noir Alcohol Markers to Color in my Images and then I used some Tonic Studios Morning Dew Drops to add some Dimension and Shine to the Propeller, the Star Logo, the Steering Wheel and the Flying Goggles after I added some Spectrum Noir Glitter Pen over the top of those same parts!! I LOVE the way it turned out!! I used the Coordinating "Wintson Takes Flight" Dies to Die Cut the Images and Stamped and Embossed the Sentiment into the Banner that I also shaded with my Alcohol Markers for Dimension!! I used two layers of Foam Tape to POP up the Images onto the front of my Card!! SQUEAL!! I can just hear Winston's Plane ZOOMING BY to say "HAPPY BIRTHDAY"!!   =)
This card would make ANYONE SMILE!! =)
