Hello!!
Welcome to the Second day of the October Release!! We are sharing the Newton's Nook Designs Holiday Release with the Sweet New Set called "Festive Flamingo" being showcased today!!

I've created a "Festive Flamingos" Holiday Shaker Card for today!! I wanted to use the "Happy Holidays" Sentiment along with the "from our Flock to yours" Sentiment so I could also use ALL of the Flamingo Images together!! I had to do some Masking for the Flamingos and I cut the "Happy Holidays" Stamp in half so I could have it be one long Sentiment!! I just LOVE the way it turned out though!!  =) I use my Distress Markers to Water Color my Images after Stamping and Embossing them onto Distress Water Color Paper!! Then after everything was dry I Fussy Cut the Image out!! I added it to a FUN Patterned Paper that looked like a Sunset/Sunrise and then added some Die Cut Pieces that could resemble Sand!! I used some Martha Stewart Coarse Glitter, American Crafts Lizzy Glitter (in Gold and Flecks) and some Crystal Clear Pretty Pink Posh Sequins in both 4mm & 6mm sizes!! I wanted the Shaker material to be Neutral so the Images/Scene would POP!! I did Stamp and Emboss a few Snowflakes in Hero Arts White Embossing Powder just to add to the Holiday Theme!! I added Clear Wink of Stella Glitter Marker to the Hats, Scarf, Beaks and the Wreath and Bow and then I also added some WOW Fine Detail Embossing Powder to make them all Shine!! I Real Life it just REALLY adds to the whole Image!!
