Then I stamped the little butterflies from the Oh Deer Stamp set and the fly lines!!  I wanted to stamp the deer along side my setiment on the inside of the card and I LOVE the way it turned out!! Here are some pictures of my card!!

The Craft's Meow

Today I have a really CUTE Stamp set to share called Oh Deer designed by Amy Wanford. This is her first set for The Craft's Meow and I know you will LOVE it!! =)
Also, being shared for today the new free gift with $50 purchase stamp set designed by Kaitlyn Ord called Summer Fun!! I know you'll be able to find LOTS of uses for this versatile stamp set!!
So here are my projects for today!!

My first card uses Oh Deer. I decided to stamp two of the sweet little deer images and then added alittle dirt and grass beneath them along with the tree stump!! I added a cute little butterfly fling over head to finish it off!! The papers are from the Pretty Party paper collection by Crate Paper. I also decided to add a little ribbon to make my hill stand out alittle bit more!! I used some red pleated ribbon by Stampin' Up and a mini ball fringe by Maya Road!! I LOVE the playful look it adds to the card!! Then I stamped the sentiment and the card is finished!!
For my next card using Summer Fun I used papers from the October Afternoon 9 to 5 collection!! U stamped my sentiment and then cut it into a banner shape to go across the top of my card!! I added some green ribbon by Stampin'Up and some May Arts Burlap Twine with a vintage button for a FUN touch!! I stamped both the images and embossed them. For the Grill I used Ranger's Fine Black Embossing powder and it really makes the fine details of the stamp show up!! For the Beach Ball I used three different colors by American Crafts Zing Powder a Mustard, Rouge and Navy to go along with the paper!! I cut them out and added them to the ball I stamped on the text patterned paper!! I also popped the grill up with dimensional adhesive!! I LOVE the way it came together!!
I have also made a FUN Video to share with you today!!
I do a FUN Video series every Wednesday called May Arts Ribbon Wednesday to share ideas on ways to use your May Arts Ribbon so for today's video we are going to make a fun invitation!!

The Craft's Meow

Yeah~The half way point!!
We are almost to Reveal Day and I just know you're going to LOVE the projects that are shared for today using the New Stamp Set called Lovely Labels 14 by one of The Craft's Meow's newest illustrators, Elizabeta Kushner. A lovely label set which coordinates with Spellbinder's Label Die #4. I love sets that coordinate with dies. This set is available for purchase on the 21st of June at The Craft's Meow Store.
You will LOVE it!!!  =)

I had SO many ideas running through my head when I first started playing with this set!! It was hard to create just one card!! In the end though I decided to create a card that used LOTS and LOTS of pieced together shapes to create a BEAUTIFUL Border on the left side of my card!!
Here is my card!!

I used papers from the Crate Paper Pretty Party Collection!! I LOVE all of the patterns along with the bright colors for this design!! I stamped and then cut out all of the pieces in order to create the FUN border along the left hand side of my card!! I layered all of the pieces together to create the fun 3-D flowers and then attached them to a piece of Webster's Pages lace trim!! Then after stamping one of the labels that comes in this set and the sentiment from the Stamped Sentiments set that was previewed yesterday I finished it off with a May Arts Burlap Twine bow and a couple of vintage buttons!! I LOVE the way it turned out and I know you'll have to have this BEAUTIFUL SET!!
Don't forget to leave a comment on The Craft's Meow Blog post sharing the Lovely Labels 14 Set for your chance to win this set. You have until 9:00 pm Pacific Standard Time.
Also, you'll want to check out the rest of the Design Teams Projects using this set and you can find the whole list on The Craft's Meow Blog.
I can't wait the Reveal day is ALMOST here!! Come back tomorrow for the final preview for the June Release. You won't want to miss it!!

The Craft's Meow Preview Day 2!! =)

The Craft's Meow

Hello and welcome to the Second day of previews for The Craft's Meow!!
Today we are sharing some projects using the most BEAUTIFUL stamp sets named
Stitched Flowers and Stitched Sentiments
designed by none other than Nina B Designs!! =)

You are just going to LOVE these sets. I know for me I just LOVE flowers, so I will be using these sets over and over again!!
I decided to make a FUN 3-D card for today to share the paper piecing and dimension that you can create with the Stitched Flowers set!! Originally I had wanted to stitch along the sentiment, which I think would be so neat!! My card took on a different look as I got going, but I will share a card later this week using that technique along with the Stitched Sentiments set!! If you love to add stitching to your projects this set is a GREAT addition because all the guess work is taken out of it!!
Here is my card for today!!

I stamped my images from the Stitched Flowers set onto paper from the October Afternoons 9 to 5 collection!! Then cut everything out and layered them together using dimensional adhesive. I then added vintage button centers with May Arts Burlap Twine and I really LOVE  the added style it gives to these flowers!! I stamped the leaves and drew in the stems using a pen. I die cut two label shapes from Stamp'In Up and Sizzix dies layered them together and added it all to a kraft card base!!  After stamping the sentiment I decided it needed some stitching around the outside of my card!! I LOVE the way it turned out and I know these sets will be MUST haves for your collection!!
THANKS for stopping by today and I hope you'll visit The Craft's Meow Blog and leave a message on the Stitched Flowers and Stitched Sentiments page for your chance to win one of these two stamp set!! The contest will close at 9:00 pacific time so don't wait do it NOW!!
To see the AMAZING creations by the rest of the Design Team and this month's other Guest designer Gayatri Murali visit The Craft's Meow Blog for the whole list!!

I will be back tomorrow for another AWESOME preview and you WON'T want to miss it!!

The Craft's Meow

I am SO EXCITED to be Guest Designing this month for The Craft's Meow!!
Yeah!!! Today we begin previews of the SIX new stamp sets being released by The Craft's Meow on Monday, May 21st!!! To start the Preview off we have a VERY FUN set Designed by
Karen Baker called God's Blessings. Here's a preview shot of this AMAZING Set!!
Okay so on to my projects!! =)
I had a BLAST creating with this set and I made two different projects for you today!!
I made a cute card and a Baby's Baptism tag!! Here they are in ALL their GLORY!! =)

Sorry for the kinda crazy photos we have been having 30-60 mile per hour winds everyday and it was pretty hard to get PERFECT Photos!! I was lucky to get the ones I got!! =)
Anyway, I stamped the cross image into a RAY pattern in a soft khaki ink and then stamped one in black and after I cut it out I added dimensional adhesive to pop it up above the cross ray pattern. I then stamped the swirl and added the gems to different areas!! I stamped my sentiment onto a banner piece and then added it to the card using dimensional adhesive!! I threaded two Jenny Bowlin buttons with May Arts Black Burlap Twine and added them to either side of my sentiment banner!!
I LOVE the way the card turned out!! =)

I thought this tag would be FUN for a Baptism Gift!! I hope you enjoyed the projects I've made for today's preview.
I know that you'll want to pop over to the Design Team blogs and also the other Guest Designer this month Gayatri Murali's  Amazing Blog for more won't be disappointed!  You can find that list on The Craft's Meow Blog!!

WOW~my fourth and FINAL post for today!!  =)
I decided to play along with the CASE-Study Challenge #94!!
You can find all the Inspiration on the CASE-Study Challenge Blog!!
I wanted to also play along with the Embellish Magazine Challenge which you can find more about over on their blog!!

I had a HARD time finding these colors in my stash, but then realized that the My Mind's Eye Miss Caroline collection matched PERFECTLY!! =) All of the papers I used are from that collection!!
I also used stamps from Taylored Experssions!! Make it Amazing and the matching dies!!
Here are the pictures of my card!!

I added some stickles to the butterfly and when it was dry I added some matching pearls!! I layered two together for some FUN dimension!!
THANKS for stopping by and have a FABULOUS WEEK!! =)

The Play Date Cafe, plus The Craft's Meow!! =)

Hello!! This is my third post for today!! I have been BUSY!! =)
I wanted to play along with two different challenges-

The Play Date Cafe Color Challenge #135 over on The Play Date Cafe Blog!! You won't want to miss ALL of the AMAZING INSPIRATION!! Plus the challenge is being sponsored by The Craft's Meow!! So for me tying these two challenges together was the PERFECT match!! =)
This is the Monthly Sketch Challenge that can be entered over on The Craft's Meow Blog!! You have until the end of the month to join in on the fun, so go and check it out!! =)

I stared out with an aquamarine colored cardstock from October Afternoon for the background of my card!! Then I grabbed a standard shipping tag that I covered with two different papers from the 6x6 Story Teller paper pad by Crate Paper!! The first of the two actually had both the Aquamarine and poolside colors in it and fit PERFECTLY on my card!! I then used a cork paper which has the clay color in it and then I inked the edges of my tag!! I stamped several different designs using a combination of inks to get the look I was after!! I double stamped both of the dress form images and I LOVE the way it turned out!! I stamped the sentiment and the frame and then cut everything out!! I layered the pieces using dimensional foam and then added them to the tag also with dimensional foam!! I tucked the sentiment underneath the tag and added the seam binding ribbon along with some of the May Arts Burlap twine and a vintage button that I tied with clay colored string!! I added it all to a cream cardbase and I couldn't be HAPPIER with the way it turned out!! Here are the photos of my card!! =)

Here are the stamp sets I used both by The Craft's Meow and Nina B Designs!!

Altered Gift Bag and Father's Day Card for May Art's!! =)

Hello! I'm here and today to share a fun Father's Day Card and Gift Bag with you!!
I was playing around with my punches and thought it woud be great to use along with the BEAUTIFUL May Arts Ribbon and make it alittle masculine in order to use ribbon on a Father's Day card and Gift Bag!! Some times I feel ribbon is more feminine, so when it comes to using it on more masculine projects I struggle a little. So using it along with a more masculine punched border the ribbon becomes a GREAT accent and not only dresses the project up, but really adds that finishing touch!! I have a video to share that will walk you through making this fun and Interactive card along with a great gift bag to match!! I hope this gives you some ideas on how to use May Arts Ribbon on your masculine projects to add that perfect touch!!
THANKS for stopping by today and have a FABULOUS DAY!! =)

You can find this post over on the May Arts Blog!! =)
