Hello!!
Happy Tuesday!! I'm here with a couple cards I've made for the Newton's Nook Designs Blog!!
We're getting ready for the February Release which starts tomorrow so I hope you'll join us for ALL of the FUN and for some chances to WIN the New Sets!! SQUEAL!! You're NOT going to want to miss it!! Here are a Couple Teasers just to get you EXCITED!!  =)
SNEAK PEEKS for our February Release | Newton's Nook Designs
For my Cards today I was Inspired by this Inky Paws Challenge Photo for my First Card!!

Even though the Challenge is over I always like to use them for further Inspiration and I REALLY LOVE the way this car turned out!!

I wanted to create a BEAUTIFUL Focal Image and decided to use the Bird Image from the Newton's Nook Designs Darling Duos Stamp Set along with the Coordnaing Newton's Nook Designs Darling Hearts Die Set to Die Cut a Cardstock Heart that was Stamped and Embossed with WoW Glitter Embossing Powder!! I then Colored the Image with my Copic Markers!! I wanted to Soften the Image so I Stamped and Embossed it again on Vellum using the same WoW Glitter Embossing Powder!! Then I Fussy Cut it out and Glued it over the Colored Cardstock Image on the Stitched Heart Die Cut!! It looks SO NEAT in real Life!! I wanted to a Mat and realized that the Simon Says Stamps Large Heart Doily Die was a PERFECT Fit!! For my Card Base, I created a FUN Water Colored Panel that I Die Cut using a Mama Elephant All Prettied Up Die Set!! Then I used the Little Hearts from the Newton's Nook Designs Darling Hearts Die Set to Die Cut some Hearts from the Front of my Card Base!! I wanted a FUN 3-D Heart Line and I used my Sewing Machine to secure them to the Front of my Card!! I then added a Mixture or Sequins from both Pretty Pink Posh and Lucy's Little Things!!

My Next Card I wanted to Create a Valentine's Day Snowglobe Card!! I used the Bunny Image from the Newton's Nook Designs Hoppy Days Stamp Set!! I REALLY LOVE the way it turned out!!
I created the FUN Snowglobe by Die Cutting the Lil' Inker Designs Dual Dotted Circle Die Set!!  Then I added the Embroidery Thread!! For the Base I cut a Rectangle and rounded the edges!! Then I wanted it to look like a Ribbon was tied around the Snowglobe base so I used the Lil' Inker Designs Gift Bow Topper Die and then added a Mini Leather Bow that I Die Cut using the Paper Smooches Baby Bow Die Set!! I wanted a FUN Embellishment so I used the Medium Heart from the Newton's Nook Designs Darling Hearts Die Set from some Clear Shrink Plastic that I Colored with a R29 Copic Marker!! I LOVE the way it turned out!! I Stamped the Sweet Bunny from some Patterned Paper from the Crate Paper Kiss Kiss Collection and then Fussy Cut it out!! I added some Doodle Bug Bubble Gum Glitter to the Tail and the inside of the Bunnies Ear!! For my Shaker Elements I used a Mixture of Pretty Pink Posh Sequins and  some of the Mini Heart Die Cuts that I created from some Shrink Plastic and alittle of the same Doodle Bug Bubble Gum Glitter!! The Name Plate was Stamped and Embossed with the Valentine's Day Sentiment using Ranger Gold Embossing Powder!!  I HOPE you're feeling INSIRED!!??   =)
