Hello!!

Today we're showcasing the New "Simply Seasonal" Stamp Set!! SQUEAL!! Just look at the AWESOME Sentiments & Images in this Set!! =)
Simply Seasonal | 4x6 photopolymer sentiment stamp set by Newton's Nook Designs
You're going to have SO MUCH FUN using this Set!! The possibilities are ENDLESS!! I thought it would be FUN to create a FUN Winter Scene Card today!! I started by Die Cutting a Lawn Fawn Stitched Rectangle from some Distress Water Color Paper!! I used the Scripty Happy Sentiment and Stamped and Embossed it in Hero Arts White Embossing Powder for a BEAUTIFUL Tone-on-Tone Design!! Looking back I wish I would have included that Sweet Little Snowflake Image as well!! I think it would have added to the whole scene, but alas I didn't think about it until I had already Stamped and Embossed the Entre Background!! Sometimes that is how it happens for me though!! =)
I thought it would be FUN to show how you could use the Sweet Tag Images from the New "Jolly Tags" Stamp and coordinating Die Set to Build a Scene!! So I Stamped and Embossed the Snowman Tag Image onto some Distress Water Color Paper with the same Hero Arts White Embossing Powder and then I used my Distress Inks to Watercolor the Image!! Once Die I added some Mini 3mm Wiggly Eyes for an added touch of Whimsy!! =) It just makes me SMILE!!
I added some Snow Banks that I Die Cut using the Lawn Fawn Stitched Border Dies again from Distress Water Color Paper and then I also Die Cut a Winter Tree Border Die also from Lawn Fawn from some Green Patterned Paper!! I Inked the Edges of the Trees with some Gathered Twigs Distress Ink to make them POP!! I added some Tumbled Glass Distress Ink to the Background to add a FUN Horizon to make the Scene POP alittle bit more!! Then I took my Clear Wink of Stella Glitter Marker and Squeezed some of it out onto an Acrylic Block and added some Clean Water and then I took a Large Water Color Brush and coated the ENTIRE Snow Bank Die Cut Pieces!! In real life it looks SO BEAUTIFUL!! For the Sentiment I used my Distress Markers (in to Color over the Stamps and Huffed on it before I Stamped!! Once I stamped it I Coated it with some Clear Embossing Powder to make it POP alittle more off of the Snow Bank!! I hope this gives you some MORE Inspiration on ways that you can use these New Stamp Sets and Dies together to create some pretty AMAZING Holiday/Everyday Cards!!??
I LOVE LOVE LOVE the way that it turned out and I HOPE you do too!!
