View From My Front Door

This is a picture from our front door looking South across our yard that I snapped in August.  The building is a  milkhouse that my husbands Grandparents used to keep thier produce fresh during the summer.  We are SO LUCKY to have this piece of our family history still standing, even though it is in need of a facelift.=)  I planted the flower vines on the old Windmill Pumpjack and they have come back every year. Despite my father-in-laws best intentions to kill them with Roundup,  so that he would not have to mow around them-
ha ha ha (tough little suckers).
I was looking through my pictures and saw this photo and wanted to share it with you!  Its daily views around me such as this that give me the inspirations to design!
HOPE THIS INSPIRES YOU AS MUCH AS IT HAS ME.
WISHING YOU A CREATIVE DAY!  =) Posted by Picasa

  4. Wooden doors today can be made into a piece of art work, rather than just your standard metal door. These types of doorways come in many different styles, personal characteristics, charm, and beauty. Every wooden door holds its own unique characteristics.
